I was charged $720 for new patient visit for mere 15 minutes with Nurse Practitioner, no labs or tests. Patient of clinic for 20 years, no idea would be charged for more than a normal televisit and 3×s urgent care. 2022 visit also misbilled and had to fight months to not pay $1,200 for routine labs coded incorrectly to insurance by Aurora. Horrible experiences.

I told her that it was sent again by the pharmacy. The representative was very rude and condescending when I was talking to her on the phone. Then she lies to the doctor and tells the doctor that I said that they were not doing their job which I said no sort of thing. So the doctor left a message saying that I was assuming that they did not do their job. I don't have to lie about anything. You definitely have a dishonest person who lacks integrity that would lie about a simple conversation to make themselves look better. I wish you could pull up the phone conversation because I do not like being called a liar and for someone to say I did something that I know I clearly did not do. Y'all dropped the ball on this one. You never know what a person is going through when you talk to them on the phone. My brother passed away. My only objective and concern was to get my medication refilled and have less phone contact as possible and not to be mistreated by staff. This was not the first time I had this issue with this staff, but this made me so upset that I needed it to be addressed.
