I had told her about some neck issues I was having and she really dug into that area, in addition to my lower back (which I've been having issues but never mentioned). I think she could tell as she was feeling for tenseness and such. This place is more of reflexology/thai massage type place so more use of other body parts to massage (elbows, forearms, etc...) not just fingers. They also had the pole for walking on your back if you're into that and request it. The receptionist was very nice and explained to me the options since this was my first visit. I went with the 40 minute reflexology and received a free hand mask which left my hands nice and soft. They kindly offered me a water on the way out. Now the reason for the 4 stars. The massage therapist I had possibly smoked right before I came in because his hands smelled quite a bit like cigarettes. The massage table I was laying on was also positioned very flat so as I was laying with my legs hanging down into a tub of warm water my lower back started to hurt a little. I did enjoy the massage and didn't feel rushed at all. I plan on coming back whenever I need a bit of relaxation.
