She told me that Jolie was with a client and would be with me shortly. The client left about 3pm. I continued wait for 25 more minutes. The young lady at the counter went to check and said she would be right with me. Another 10 to 15 min went by and I asked the young lady behind the counter what time they closed and she said 4pm. I said I probably need to reschedule then. I asked her if I could get my money back for the deposit. At that point what I can only imagine is Jolie came from behind the wall and very meanly said what is the problem. She said if don't want to wait let her go. I came in without an appointment and there were 4 people working. I had to wait about 30 mins, which i was fine with as they set me up in a massage chair with a sea salt soak so it was extra time to relax. The lowest price pedi is $35, but I chose the $55 special which includes the sea salt soak. They have TONS of options. My skin is feeling dry this winter, so I went for the olive moisturizer soak. There are tons of color options and I'm pleased with the service. I get a manicure every 3 weeks and have a tech I go to downtown, but this location is great for my twice a year pedis. Recommended!
