Once I refused the 30 minute service because of what I was told the employee then said ok fine we will do it. She took me to a room that smelled old and damp and the sheets are obviously not changed between customers. They use a thin liner that gets changed, but the sheet underneath does not as you can smell various odors on it when you are face down on the table. She started the massage and stopped after 10 minutes. I then waited for another therapist to finish. All the while the bell rings loud throughout your Masaage each time someone walks in or out. Not a pleasant relaxing experience. It felt very shady like it's the kind of place where "other" activities happen. Would not recommend at all!

What I found out is that she actually offers her services at veteran homes as well which just shows what an amazing heart she has.
