I got a spray tan from Victoria and she was just as amazing! She made sure to give me a run down on all the important spray tan info, since I am very inexperienced! They both told me to not hesitate to call them with any questions, or return the next morning before I departed if I had any issues. The girl who did my manicure was rude and took me back late and then cut my appointment short. I asked for French tip nails, they have a menu thing that says "add these additional services!" I asked the nail tech she said she didn't have time but then proceeded to cut my appointment about 15 minutes short. The quality she did was also very poor. I thought my appointment time slots were both at the same time per the email I received. Apparently I made the appointments incorrectly and my pedicure wasn't till 3. I asked if I could be moved earlier or just cancel my appointment for 3. I got told no and that if I cancel I would still get charged for a service I didn't have. So either way I was screwed. The manager only offered 20% off my pedicure for all of this trouble. I go back because I was going to get charged either way. The lady who did my pedicure was about 15 minutes late getting me back too. She was a little more friendly but the job still wasn't great. I didn't notice till after I left that she didn't even paint my pinky toes on either foot. The manager proceeded to blame me for all of these issues and they still will not give me a refund of any sort or even acknowledge they did wrong.
