The shop is beautifully curated with high-quality, intentional products that are hard to find anywhere else in Lincoln. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I haven't had a service yet, but after browsing the space and chatting with the team, I can't wait to come back for a facial. I already know it'll be a magical experience. If you're into holistic wellness, natural skincare, or just want to support a lovely local business, this place is a gem.

Needless to say, we were both very excited as it was a first for both of us. In scheduling our appointment, I found out that we had to wait almost 6 weeks for it. So much for a celebratory spa day date. Upon arriving, we found parking to be a bit of a challenge, and even locating the building was difficult as the business is located in a small yet charming little house. I must say that the building had tons of potential curb appeal, but sadly was in disarray and had a tiny almost non visible sign. Our appointment was during the holidays, so the cozy little house and front yard could have really been decorated and made to look like the owners of the spa really cared about the business and the complete overall customer experience. Sadly, though, the business looked run down and neglected, not a good first impression. Once entering the spa, it was a bit cluttered, but everyone was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Our massages were wonderful, although due to covid, we were in separate rooms and had to wear masks. Neither of which supported our original plans of a relaxing spa date. However, we both enjoyed our massages. The room I was in was beautiful, and the total environment was very relaxing for all the senses. My massage was wonderful, the masseuse was very knowledgeable and respectful. To sum things up, my husband and I loved the people and the service they provided. However, a lot was lost on appearance and branding. The employees seemed to want to make this appointment a "total experience" but forgot that that begins before you ever enter the building and before the massage ever begins.

The ones poor review is strictly based n the cost and the results of the service itself. I paid $140 for lashes, and now they n the morning of the fourth day, it looks like I need a fill more than a week ago. The fall out is insane, and it's JUST the extensions fall off, not my natural lash falling out. I spent so much money to look nice for my husband's homecoming, and instead he look bedraggled and disheveled. There are massive spots on both eyes that look like this. I will be reaching out when they open, but I remember reading a wonderful disclaimer about how they aren't responsible for this kind of thing.......

Casey was so friendly and never rushed through the process. It was my first time here and when I walked in she knew my name -- I wasn't just another appointment. She asked about my facial treatments I was using at home to be sure I wouldn't get a reaction. I often feel like eyebrows can be rushed because it's easy and quick to do, and that wasn't the case with Casey. She measured my brows, took her time, cleaned them before even beginning (which many places don't), and when she was done she looked at them at nearly every angle she could to make sure they were perfect. I have sensitive skin, and my redness was little to none, and I'm not itchy at all. I nearly fell asleep it was so comfortable! I left feeling so refreshed and cared for and it was JUST an eyebrow wax!! If this small appointment was a rejuvenating experience, I am so ready to try out her facials.

As a bonus, the 2 + hour time for my full set of lashes went by so quickly because she was so personable, interactive, and genuine.
