My nail tech was the most petite girl there, she was about 4'9" (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for the amazing pedicure!) She did such a great job in cleaning, trimming and removing dead skin. She was gentle and thorough, very detail oriented. She made sure everything was even and did a great job shaping especially with my short toe nails, I know that can be tough. I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. I usually come here! This is my usual go to spot but not anymore. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she never once asked me about the length and just started cutting. She is the girl who sits in the front I think her name is May. She was talking on the phone the entire time and when I told her that I thought they were too short she laughed and said that's how it is in the picture but all I told her was that I wanted the design only. I loved coming here up until today. I just got home from the nail salon and I am beyond disappointed. I got my acrylics done on Friday around 4:30 and last night one of them literally popped off. I went in just now to get that nail fixed with the same person that originally did them. She is the lady with the apron who's station is usually at the front. She colored my natural nail when I clearly have acrylics done, I did ask mid service why she wasn't putting acrylics on and she said something about my nail being too thin. Once she was done I looked at my nails and I wasn't happy seeing as I have acrylics on all but one nail so I asked her if she could do it with the acrylic and she said "you should have said something but no you see me finishing up and now you say something literally just wasting my time". The whole time she was putting on the acrylic it was very obvious she didn't want to do it even though I am paying for the service to be done and then leaves it longer than the rest of my nails. I was so uncomfortable so I didn't say anything and just left. I doubt I will be back but I was a frequent customer and even brought a few friends/ family members. This salon is close to my home and I loved coming here, oh well I guess I'll have to take all my money elsewhere. You're still in customer service and yes it is annoying but if I'm not happy I will say something to get it fixed and it is your job to fix it otherwise find a new job. Tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to nice nails but what I got was attitude and subpar service. read more

I came in early today and gave a photo of my design to lady in front with apron and told her I wanted the nail longer. When she was shaping it, I was telling her I wanted it longer and she got frustrated and cut one hand of my nails at closing time 7PM and told me she didn't want to do my nails!!!!! To start off my experience, I asked for a manicure when I walked in to the nail salon and was greeted very rudely. This is not my first visit to this nail salon. This is probably my third. I tried giving them more than one chance, but they were always rude every visit. Their work is very sloppy and aggressive. I wish I had old pictures of my previous visits because always left with cuts. my final straw was when I brought a picture reference of what I wanted. They could've easily told me that they could fulfill what my inspo was. Instead the nail technician decided to waste both our times and lied about not having the colors to fulfill my request instead she gave me whatever color she felt like. On top of everything she was very rude and was on her phone the whole time while working on my nails. I wish I would've got her name. I was still charged, which is fine but when I asked to get them fixed, they charge me an additional $20. They need to work on their customer service skills and their work quality. On top of everything of course they were speaking their native language and I can tell they were just talking bad about me. I was nothing but respectful because they had children in the nail salon. I have been going to the nail salon for the past six months going in regularly every 2 to 3 weeks to get a manicure. Overtime I have been getting more and more attitude from one of the ladies that works there, even asking for a simple correction on my design makes her angry. The final straw was when I went in for a nail soak off today that is regularly $10 but I was charged $15 because I had went to another nail salon to get them done. I asked why it was 15 when it clearly says the service is $10 and she made a lot more excuses. Also adding that she left a ton of product on my fingers not even wiping it off. I've come here a couple of times to do my nails after work. They're overpriced for the type of work they do. The add extra charges to your service so beware of that! I got poly gel and As I was driving away my nail chipped. The layer of poly gel under my nail was so thick that when i went to grab something my nail kind of smacked it and the thick layer of poly gel under my nail chipped. My nail shape became weird so I had to file it at home. The following day, the same thing happened to another nail and the whole gel came off. My nails are all shaped weirdly and I have to let them grow out. I got a gel pedicure and the color was uneven throughout my nails. . Safe to say I won't be coming here again. read more

Called this morning made a same day appt. Was seated right away. One lady did my gel manicure but she literally only took like 10-15 min, i feel like she didnt really clean them nor did she moisturize my hands after. But moving on to Vin (i think thats her name) who did my pedicure. My feet were in heaven...she took her time, cleaned my feet well and not to mention shes really nice making sure to always ask me if I was ok and how i felt. I got the pedicure with jelly spa and it was to die for (its a bit more but trust ur feet will appreciate the extra $ spent.) I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the manicure but im not ready to call it quits on this place just yet. Next time when I call I will make sure to make both my mani and pedi with Vin. This place was awesome...it looks really small from the outside but when u walk in its huge and clean. UPDATE: I lowered my review to 2 stars because after 4 days my gel was peeling. It was so bad i had no other choice but to take it off less than a week after i got my manicure just to avoid my hair getting caught. At first it appeared as a great nail salon. Customer service is great they treat you very well. Ask you for consent to trim your nails or file them when receiving a pedicure. However when getting acrylics they don't cut your cuticles or properly prepare your nails for acrylics. The reason I know this is because if I were to go anywhere else this procedure is done. Aside from this the nails appeared to Come out very nice. When taking a closer look at them however right after they were done there was a space between the acrylic and my skin. My natural nail was visible as if I had gotten them done a week ago and my nail began to grow out. A few days later (4 days) hair began to get stuck. I paid 70 for very simple and short nails that won't last a long time. I hope others didn't have this same problem. read more
