I have came here 4x this year and usually I bring someone with me, I always call the same day in the morning to make an appointment that same afternoon with no issue. I always get there and get helped right away and Tina always does an amazing job! The only thing that stands out that I should mention is how the male employee always makes me feel like he's rushing to be done and makes me feel like I'm bugging him by getting my nails done. He actually does a pretty good job though. Other than that, I highly recommend this place, availability is no issue and if you have an example of the nail design you want, they always try their best to meet your expectations. First thing I'd like to mention is how they talk about their clients in their language. They assume that because most of the women that go there are latinas and don't understand them. It's very rude to speak about the clients that are putting money in your pockets. Stop doing that, some of us understand Vietnamese!! Second the prices are reasonable but they do less and less every time I go. A real pedicure should be about 45 mins to an hour, the last time I went she didn't even take 25 mins. They rush doing pedicures because they want to sit the next client and that's not right. I went to another shop to see the difference and the other shop took 1 hour and 5 mins doing my pedicure very clean, professional and did a great job at the pedicure I actually felt like she did a great job! T&P nails only cares about money and sitting the next woman down rather than doing a good job. When Katie from started doing my nails about 10 years ago she would take her time, she would do a amazing job with my pedi and mani but now she finishes doing both in 45 mins and the mani gel always comes off in two days. I stopped going the last time she finish my pedi in 23 mins I timed it and I could not believe she finished in 23 mins ‍ they lost a client for sure. read more

Best salon and nail techs ever ! I've been coming here for about 2 years, all the way from Long Beach. And not once have I left disappointed. Tina is always very friendly and tries her best to accommodate all her appts and walk ins. Kate does the best pedicures. There are times when the wait could be long if you don't have an appt but I promise it's always worth the wait. What a "dangerous" joke of a place.. Forget the fact that an appt with Tina was made, she arrives 15 min late, no apology no explanation but a "ok wait" .. Baffled!!! Fast forward to 30 min after appt time , only 1 outside station is set up. By this time there is 3 of is there for service. She has someone sit for what one would assume is for a mani n points for me to sit for pedi right next to her (couldnt be farther than a few inches of each other) so when i asked if she didn't think that was a bit close her response "this is all we have"..... They take time with each person, but the nails still come out as if they were in a rush. If your getting full sets, or something expensive the owner will do your nails, besides that you will be serviced by the guy behind her. I stop going and found other stops with same price, but with better service, and one on one appointments and better looking nails. Their customer service is okay, all the ladies are very nice. The guy that did my nails I'm not too sure of his name, he always seems like he just wants to finish and go home. He did a good job with shaping my nails and filing them, but I just feel like I'm bothering him and people shouldn't feel like that when you're getting your nails done. Now for my toes, I've always had issues when I went here, I'm not sure if it's the gel nail polish but it always comes off, cracks , or it starts lifting right away. I know it's is not me because I've done my toes in other places and they never do that. She left my nail very crooked and left so much dead skin around my toe nails. She painted above my nail bed which is what causes lifting. I went to go get it re painted at no charge which fine but my pedicure should last. read more

Got my acrylics done Saturday night while my mom received a full mani and pedi with gel nails. The wait was not bad at all, and my mom got attended within minutes. My acrylics were beautifully done by Tom and my mom said she enjoyed her mani and pedi. Only con is that I felt rush and pressured to choose a color because we were the last ones there. Just came in and waited for a long time even though it's empty . Sat down waiting to get helped and I asked the lady for color no acrylic . Like HELLO! Any other place I go they clean the nails, manicure and color , but no not here she "took off" the black nail polishes I had and added the clear coating then put them inside the "gel machine" ... well yeah I don't think my nails should keep having any nail polish on them if I'm getting a fresh mani . They charged me $34 dollars for this short nails. Supposedly because I asked for coffin but as you can see the shape is sloppy they are not coffin and their work is messy. They also DONT clean they're pedicure tubs after they're done. They just drain the water and sit the next person there. I watched them do it 2 times while I was there.
