My nail tech was the most petite girl there, she was about 4'9" (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for the amazing pedicure!) She did such a great job in cleaning, trimming and removing dead skin. She was gentle and thorough, very detail oriented. She made sure everything was even and did a great job shaping especially with my short toe nails, I know that can be tough. I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. Then when it came time to paint, WOW. She was amazing at painting. Everything was even and she even got the hard to reach edges.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with how this salon treated my sister. My sister has a…read moredisability, and she was denied service because of it. Instead of showing patience, compassion, or even attempting to accommodate her, they simply refused to provide her with service. People with disabilities deserve the same dignity, respect, and opportunity to receive services as anyone else. Watching my sister be turned away because of something she cannot control was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend a business that makes a person with a disability feel unwelcome or like they are a burden. Do better. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Unfortunately, when she arrived, the technician we requested was on her phone and did not acknowledge or attend to us. Instead, someone else ended up doing my mom's nails, despite us specifically coming back for the technician we had requested. On top of that, the quality of the nail service was not what we expected. The paint application was uneven and looked poorly done, which was especially disappointing given that we made a separate trip back to the salon. I understand that things can happen, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed especially because i've been coming here for over a year every two weeks, Cindy always asks about my mom and when my mom comes in she's not even acknowledged. When customers specifically request a technician and make the effort to return for that person, I believe they should be treated with more consideration and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

When she had asked what I wanted to do to my nails, I had explained to her the design which I don't believe was intricate at all. It was very simple. She explained that she could not do that when she told me that she couldn't do it. She was halfway done with taking the remaining acrylic off my nail, but I could still see acrylic was on several of my nails. In this, she also cut me not once but three times on the bottom of my nail. If everyone knows what I'm talking about it's the skin that grows with your nail at the bottom. Let's just say it was very painful and it's still very painful. When I told her I wanted to go to a different salon because I wanted the specific design she changed her attitude real quick. I still explained to her I would pay for the removal of the acrylic to which she said oh no, I did a manicure on you which she did not. How are you gonna tell me that you did a manicure on me when I still see my cuticles not cut three of my nails still have acrylic on them and you cut me three times. I then asked OK how much is it gonna be to which she asked her boss and the boss also agreed to only charge me for the removal of the acrylic. Let's just say I will not be going back here again and I suggest others don't because what you are about to pay is not worth the quality that you're gonna get with your nails. Trying to charge me almost $50 to cut me. Have acrylic still on my nails and not do the simple design that I asked.

He was extremely friendly, professional, and engaged in small conversation. I explained to him that my nails crack on the sides and would like to prevent having to cut them short. He offered a service called, "dip powder". This isn't Gel or Acrylic. It's two layers of powder that strengthen your nails and the base is nutrients for your nail. I proceeded with this service & am extremely happy. Definitely on the pricer side but don't mind because I want to save my nail length (isn't super long just a length I personally like). They are taking Covid precautions. Only accept CASH! ~Highly recommend~
