I've been coming to this nail salon for YEARS out of loyalty, even after multiple frustrating experiences. But today was the last straw. We called ahead and spoke to Ken, who told us the wait would be 30 minutes. We showed up on time and ended up waiting over an hour, only to find out someone was still ahead of us. This isn't the first time Ken has pulled this -- it's a pattern at this point. Ken, if you're reading this: stop wasting people's time. It's disrespectful and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the place is right next to a ghetto barbershop where people park like they own the lot, blocking spots and entrances. To make it worse, they're always outside smoking weed, so good luck trying to get in without dealing with all that nonsense. Save yourself the time, headache, and disappointment -- this place clearly doesn't value its customers. I won't be back. read more

His name is Ken. I found out my dad's employees were really professional, unlike some places I've been to. Well organized, sweet, and helpful if you can't decide on a color. Three people helped me that day. There names were; Susan, Apple and Ken (he worked on my nails too.) Updating this review because the customer service has just gone down to the point that I am no longer going back here. I have been made to wait long times multiple times now and no sympathy has been given. I once waited over 3 hours and was then told to come back the following day. I would understand waiting 30 minutes and being told that, but 3 hours??? That is just rude and disrespectful. Also, another time I developed an infection after going for a pedicure. They tried to fix it, but it still wasn't working. Instead of giving me a refund or comping another service, Ken just told me to go see a doctor and no other care in the world. I hate to leave a negative review but I got an infection in my index finger after a manicure through a small cut obviously the implements were not properly disinfected, it's been two weeks now on the 2nd pic and no signs of heeling it's worse. I'm not even able to touch it or folded to remove the gel as you can see it's purple swollen and pulses. I already went to the Dr. to receive medical attention but nothing I'm going again today. Please take notice this is serious matter. **Update after 2 Dr visits, I ended up in the ER my finger got black the Dr said if I didn't make in that night I could of lost my finger since there was no blood circulation. I visit the salon after to talk to a superior so they could take action and not happen to anyone again but no one took responsibility or even took the time to "Apologize", that says how much they value and care for their clients. read more

been here twice and the first time I went the man cut all my fingers around the cuticle area, I told him how long I wanted my nails and and he proceeded to cut them shorter than I asked for the two times I went, the nails came out nice but I told him a few of them were crooked and if he could fix them and he proceeded to say they weren't crooked (my nails were were overlapping my other fingers) and I decided to give this place a second chance so I went to get my nails done for my birthday and again he glued the tips on crooked and I asked him several times to fix it and he didn't, the designs he did on my nails the 2 times I went here were beautiful but the service wasn't as great as he didn't do what he was asked to do,, haven't been back since my birthday which was 2 months ago and I don't think I'll go back again read more

Even though I didn't get what I originally wanted, I still liked the experience. I have terrible cuticles and they seem to have fixed it. Lol I just wished they were a bit more flexible with designs like they were able to do more. But since they couldn't do the flower I wanted, I just opted for polka dots which still came out cute. I decided to go to this place based on the reviews I read here... As usual all the staff were talking in their language, thing I think is very disrespectful to do in front of customers. But, the main thing is that when I arrived and asked if they were able to do a design I showed them on a picture and they said that yes they could do it. To begin with the color they put is nothing like the one I asked for but since it was gel nail polish according to them the color was going to change as they applied it, thing that never happened. For instance, one time they totally cut into my toe and butchered it after I told them not to cut anything... The owner kept letting people in which he knew who didn't even have an appointment. The place is very small and only have 3 people who do nails and two (sometimes 1 person) doing pedicures. They do not have spa chairs for pedicures, you sit in a desk chair which are old and uncomfortable.! They use the same tools on people... gross!! They do the acrylic nails very thin, so they break easily and do not last more than a week. Pedicures are $12, gel nails are $21 and acrylic nails (short to medium coffins nails) are $25 . Plus tip ? Pricey for the low quality they provide. read more

I went into today, and though i wasnt able to get what i wanted because of an issue with a card, (which is not my issue and really wasnt upset about) but the fact that rose turned around and started talking about me and obviously pointing at me while doing it is my issue. Im a nail tech and being i can no longer do this stuff on myself i try and trust others to do it for me. I have never made a client feel uncomforable annd the fact that she could sit there and talk and laugh at me is completely unproffessional and the fact that all was leave is more than they deserve. Im literally due to have my baby any moment and me not going complete crazy is more courtesy than she deserved.
