Came here on a Wednesday morning, after many years of not coming due to moving out of the area. I got a gel mani and pedi and they did an excellent job, the staff is friendly, facility is clean, and they were effective. I was in and out within 40 min and they were able to do both services at the same time. I highly recommend. I like this place much more than the one nearby that cost a little more and not as nice of a place. They said Fridays and Sat are more busy, and closed on Sundays. read more

Horrible stay away, the manager Ben or whatever he is, he lied about prices over the phone. The worker who did my nails was in a rush although there was NO ONE IN THE SALON. Her name is Mia. Horrible customer service horrible prices. They wanted to charge me 79 bucks for an acrylic pedicure, they charge almost 20 bucks EXTRA for french tips. That's insane, i ended getting no french tips and still paid 62 bucks. Never coming again, there's so many other great salons for better customer service and prices. This is the second time I had a bad experience here. I don't think they value costumer because they are rushed to get done. They don't let you take your time to get something you really want. It's just hurry up and get out. I told the girl I wanted medium length nails and she gave me the tiniest nails ever. I asked if she could make them longer. She said no. I couldn't help but leave (still paid) but I could not stop looking at how short my nails were. Not willing to work with an unhappy costumer. I've lived out in this city all my life and even now that I've chosen to come out here. Last time I do this. Money is not everything. They should focuse on maintaining happy costumers. My friend suggested this place, as an inexpensive alternative as she gets acrylic nails, and now I know why it was inexpensive. poor customer service(rude af), poor quality, rushed, and language barrier. My friend and I came in, told them we wanted acrylic overlay removal, mani, and pedi. They told us to pick a color on the wall. Didn't even get a moment to look at the polish colors when people came to ask us to choose a color. After choosing a color, they began filing off our gel polish but failed to soak our nails in acetone before beginning acrylic overlay removal (first photo). They kept pulling and lifting the acrylic off my nail, damaging the nail bed. When I asked them to file off more acrylic they got upset and said I was being rude, so they didn't continue and I got kicked out. As I was trying to explain that I didn't want my nail pulled because it was peeling my natural nails, the owner was telling me to shut up. My friend had acrylic overlay on her natural nails (second photo), and they began by clipping her nails even after she told them twice they were her natural nails. We do not recommend this place. It may be inexpensive, but the quality, customer service, and owner is very rude. Terrible place!!! Don't suggest this place anyone! read more

Visited this nail salon today for my first time. I will definitely return. The experience is different due to all the COVID-19 restrictions, and I will admit I was a bit worried to visit the nail shop, but they are taking the proper measures to keep customers and employees safe. I walked in and was greeted then asked to complete a short questionnaire. Basically, three questions to identify if you have Covid symptoms. I didn't get my temperature checked, but I did notice other customers did. They require all customers to wear masks, and have the proper protective glass in place at every work station. Now let's dive into the work. I got an overlay on my nails and a pedicure, both were superb! Luanne did my nails he was friendly and warm. My nails looked natural just like I wanted! My pedicure was done by an older lady with a mole on her neck. (Sorry I didn't get her name) she also did a great job cleaning my toes. They don't take pride in their work. I came in about an hr and a half before they closed for a full set and pedi. They sat me in the chair within 3 mins and started working on both my feet and nails at the same time. Gave me colors to choose from then later told me they prob dont have any of those colors so to just get up and choose from the polishes on the wall. As for the nails, I showed them a simple neutral ombre design and they refused to do it. Just painted it one solid color. They did not care about catering to what I wanted. The entire process was rushed and sloppy. On top of that they charged me $50 for both. Rip off. I will not be going back. read more

Got my nails on 01/09 it is 01/14 and my nails have already started chipping. It's been less than a week and my gel couldn't hold up. I've had this issue before but figured maybe it was the color that I picked and decided to go back simply because this place is convenient and takes card. The guy that helped me was watching videos on his phone while he was working on my nails, which was pretty annoying. He did the least possible, took no longer than 10 minutes and I was out the door. I doubt his crappy service was the reason my nails are already ready for another service, but whatever the case is I wouldn't return to this location unless I'm in dire need and everyone other nail salon in the area is closed down. read more

It's not a horrible spot but this review is regarding how they remove acrylics and let me just say you're better off doing an acetone soak at home or find a place that does. I paid 10$ for acrylic removal and 10$ toes, gel removal. $20 in total. Which is a decent prize, or so I thought. I come to find out they clip the nails off first. Then start clipping the acrylic nail off your natural nail and by the time the acrylic is lifting they yank off the whole acrylic without any regard to your natural nail. This left my natural nail super thin and fragile. The toe nails were removed differently. They used the drill to file down the gel and slowly filed away. This was not too bad. BUT at the end of it all I had to pay extra for a manicure/pedicure to get my nails to look decent. My toes were fine but my fingernails were left damaged and the manicure was not worth it since my nails were left thinned out and ended up breaking on their own. Disappointed on the removal process. My nails had grown a decent length and they were damaged due to their removal process. read more

Great place. Staffs are nice and I have no complaints about the services I've gotten so far. Both my full sets came out as how I wanted them to look. The staffs delivered. Key thing, don't leave if your not satisfied..when I got my set done with Paula and another gentleman with glasses...as they were doing my nails, they would ask me how it looks before continuing..if you see something you don't like, ask them to fix it before they finish up with gel or top coat.
