Appointments were easy to make online & each customer must fill out a questionnaire validating they haven't experienced COVID symptoms to make the appointment. Masks are required to enter. My pedicure included a massage chair and hot stone massage. Nick was efficient and clearly skilled at what he does! My friend had a dip manicure and it looked excellent. We hoped things had changed. They hadn't. When we got pedicures, we went to Lotus. It wasn't monthly, more like quarterly or before vacation. The music was nice, the massage chairs were lovely, and the signature pedicures were fantastic. Then we had a few pedis that weren't up to snuff. They weren't horrible but the technician seemed rushed and skipped steps. So we decided to try another nail spa and hadn't gone to Lotus for a while. Yesterday, 10/10/22, we decided to give them another try so I called in the morning and scheduled 2 Hydro Attention Pedicures for 2pm. We arrived a few minutes early and were shown to our chairs a few minutes after 2pm. They filled the basin and invited us to turn on the massage chairs. We were disappointed there wasn't any salts added to the water and the jets weren't turned on. My wife's technician started right away. I waited. And waited. And waited. 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I asked the technician if she knew when someone would be starting my pedi. No one had come over to me to tell me what was going on or assure me that someone would be with me asap. Just tell me what's going on instead of leaving me hanging. I made the appointments for the same time so we didn't have to wait for each other. The tech what was working with my wife seemed very distracted, checking her phone multiple times. She also skipped steps. She didn't put anything on her cuticles, push them back, trim them or remove any unwanted skin. The website says this service is supposed to last about 40 minutes and cost $50. Hers lasted 30 minutes, mine hadn't even started, and she was charged the full price. My tech was lovely, apologized for my wait, did everything listed on the site, and I was very happy with her work. When I was time to check out, the owner of the spa came over and explained that my tech was having an issue with the previous client's polish and that was the reason for the wait. Please, please have the courtesy to say this from the start. Not after we've been inconvenienced. With masked faces and plexi glass for germ safety, I thought the owner said she was going to comp my service and I was very appreciative. Turns out I did not hear her correctly. When I saw the receipt, she gave me a $10 discount and we were charged the full amount for my wife's very lack-luster pedi. $91.50 in total with the credit card transaction fee. This was terrible customer service from the start, it will be the last time we go to Lotus, and we won't be recommending it when someone asks for a great place to get their nails done. read more

If I could give 0.5 stars I would. I took my husband for the first time for a pedicure and booked an appt for 4:15 for a pricier pedicure which I thought would include hot stone, massage. I forget what it was called but I booked an aqua massage. We reached there at 4:14 and they made us wait till 4:40. Which we didn't mind at all. We didn't have much to do that day. However they finished our appointments in 20 mins. They said they can't do the longer one because they close at 6pm. It was only 5pm so I didn't see what the problem was. I had asked for a glitter white gel pedicure. It was first time I was doing gold on the toe nail on the base of a white. For some reason when they were drying the glitter I felt like my nails were being burnt and seared. I kept on telling him that it's hurting me. He didn't respond the first three times until I actually had to take my foot out of the drier. He said he's done this a lot and people haven't complained before??? Well I'm not making it up. He put another coat and then finally on the other foot it didn't burn as much. It almost felt like he forgot to do a step and realized it later and did a bad job of hiding it. My husband didn't even get a pedicure and he finished in 10 mins. I gave them no tips and walked out as soon as the service was done. Rest assured, never coming back again. I really liked my first service with the guy who was from california. He was very friendly and took his time. The others really seem like they want to rush, lazy, and judge a customer based on their tipping ability. read more

Good: They were able to get my group of eight in on a Saturday evening with very short notice. In and out in under an hour and a half, with everyone getting either a basic manicure or French. At $14 for a basic, the price is right. Everyone's nails looked good. Bad: Could not get a receipt printed because I paid in cash? Only credit or debit cards will get you a receipt. This is a problem as I was using school funds for an off-campus program and will somehow need to prove payment for reimbursement. They hand wrote the "receipt" on the back of a business card. The technician also only put base coat on one of my hands. Ugly: Lots of crusty old bottles of polish. My cuticle started to bleed and my technician did absolutely nothing about it but apologize. I get that that happens, I wasn't hurt or anything. But my nail just filled with blood until she put hand lotion on me and I got to wash my hands. It kept on bleeding though and she just painted over it! Not sanitary!! Overall eh experience, will not return. read more

My wife and I have been going to Lotus every month for quite a while, and honestly I was surprised at some of the negative reviews posted. I and those around me have been treated with nothing but professionalism and kindness. Most importantly, the mani and pedicures are always very good and never feel rushed, even when they are extremely busy. I have never left feeling anything but relaxed and rejuvenated. Pretty nice salon here. They have a long list of things for good prices. I got the gel mani and pedi and they both came out nice. Everyone was friendly and the chairs were super comfy. My friend and I made appointments online the night before, which was super easy. When we arrived in the morning we didn't have to wait for them to get started. I really liked this shop and that it didn't have the same mural paintings in other cliche salons. The shop was clean and they sanitized their utensils. Much appreciated. I have been getting gel manicures at this nail salon for several months now with few complaints. The staff works through the customers efficiently, and I have rarely had to wait longer than 15 minutes before starting to soak off the gel and start my manicure. The salon accepts both appointments and walk-ins. I have never tried to schedule an appointment and have only done walk-in. However, I try to go during times that I do not think they will be very busy. I recommend going on a weekday before 5:00 pm if you are able to. The salon is located in a shopping center, so parking is shared with the neighboring businesses. I have not had much of a problem finding a space in the past. Again, this will largely depend on when you are there. As for the manicure itself, I have asked for a variety of different colors, styles, and designs. The staff usually tries their best to accommodate my requests. This has included French tip style in both white and black, various other solid colors, and a flower pattern on an accent nail. I've been here a dozen or so times and have never had a bad experience! I try to always make an appointment, because if you can, why not? It's pretty easy to schedule appointments online through their website. Today I stopped in after work right at 5 and there was no wait. I was in and out with a new gel manicure in under 40 minutes! The technicians are friendly and will engage in conversation if you're feeling it, or just leave you alone. I'll always end up coming back here based on convenience, but my manicures are always consistently good and the prices are fair. read more

Though the spa facility itself was clean, friendly, and warm, the staff was quite the opposite. Before my visit, I had booked two appointments with the same stylist (Nick); however, upon my arrival, I was told I could pick whichever stylist I want because Nick was busy. The stylist I did get to do my pedicure was not particularly friendly, nor helpful to my confusion in the pedicure getting process. She made gestures rather than giving me instructions for what she wanted me to do. Additionally, my nail polish was cracked which I didn't discover until I got home. My gel manicure was infuriating in the sense that while I did get Nick, I did not get the color I asked for. While I understand they were out of that color, I was told to pick a different one like it was my fault. My manicure was rushed and chipped within the first hour of having it. I would give zero stars given the option. My normal technician was on vacation so I opted to try a new location. I booked an appointment through their online system specifically selecting the service provider my friend recommended to me. I received a confirmation at the end of the process showing the person I booked. I received a text message the next day and the provider was someone different. I called multiple times before my scheduled appointment to clarify and the phone number had a busy signal. Before my scheduled appointment I was able to get through and spoke with a staff member who told me when you book online you don't get to choose. (This is no where indicated. No small print. No clarification. No legal jargon.) Despite there being a drop down menu asking if you have a request. She said well most people don't know how that works so we don't really use it. Then why have it?!? How do you have an option that doesn't really allow for that option!? Since I hadn't been before and wanted to go to the person my friend recommended I asked when the next available appointment would be. I was told the next morning at 10 am. I reluctantly agreed because I am leaving for work trip. I just arrived at the salon and was told there was no appointment showing. My name isn't even on the list for today and they couldn't find my booked appointment from yesterday. The man at the front desk asked who I wanted to see. Walked over to that person to ask if they could take me. He came back to the desk and said it was all worked out. She came to the desk and said no I already have a 10 am. When I said yes it's me I booked she indicated there was someone else waiting. I looked at them both and resisted the urge to scream profanities and said forget it. I refuse to spend money with people who clearly don't want to provide customer service. I have been going to Lotus for my facials fairly regularly for a few years now- back before they expanded. Minh is excellent! I typically get the hyrdo attention facial. The space is very clean, calming and you wouldn't know the nail salon is hopping! Minh uses PCA products which I appreciate. Not only do you get a great facial, but a little should massage while you relax with a mask on. Booking is easy as it's all online and I can typically find an appointment a few days ahead of time. The salon/spa takes credit card- though they have a Venmo account that is just as easy to use. If you're looking for a hidden gem of a place to get a facial, try Lotus! read more

I've been here twice for a pedi and gel manicure. Each time I've had great service. Staff is friendly and it's obvious they have lots of regulars based on the interactions I've seen. They have big massage chairs you can enjoy while getting you pedicure. There's a complimentary leg massage and stone massage. So relaxing! I like and appreciate that there isn't a TV here. I think it's distracting when you could be quietly enjoying your services or talk to the person providing your services. One thing I wish they would change is a wider variety of regular (non-gel or dip) colors. Best to call ahead and make an appointment. Otherwise you may have to wait. read more

I would just say that when I got my dip nails they did not have the colors on the swatches (that I saw) and that would have been helpful as the color was a littler darker than anticipated. My friend went with me and got a chemical peel for his face. We both left looking refreshed and I would recommend the European facial to anyone wanting to pamper themselves. My absolute favorite nail salon EVER. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails. If I'm going to spend the money on a cosmetic procedure, I want it done right. The nail techs here are very thorough and take their time perfecting each nail to be uniform. You can tell they take pride in their work and that is why they don't rush the process. They are also gentle on your hands. For someone like me who is a chronic picker, this is very important. They are also extremely fair. I broke my acrylic about a week or two after getting them done. This is my go to nail salon. I've always had a great experience here. Everyone is very friendly, good selection of colors, and they're quick without lower their standards. Very rarely do I make an appointment beforehand and they're always able to get me in with very little wait. When I have had to wait it hasn't been long and that gives me plenty of time to pick my color. Though I always go with a shade of pink, red, or black. A girl still needs to look! My nails look great when they're finished. I've only asked them to touch up a nail once and they did without hesitation. Good COVID precautions (as noted in other reviews). They are very efficient here: I had an appointment for a gel manicure and was in and out of the door in 35 minutes. Even though it was quick, I still feel they maintained quality and that the end product looks great. Good customer service too-- they were friendly and helped me pick out the right color. Payment was easy and quick with Venmo. I like that their prices are really fair and are posted online (not made up on the spot). The inside of this place is cute, not necessarily luxurious but higher end than a lot of places (if it was truly a luxurious spa atmosphere their prices would be a lot higher, imo). On the negative side, my technician nicked 3 of my cuticles and drew a bit of blood (not the end of the world but not ideal) and making appointments through Vagaro was a minor inconvenience. I came here after reading some great reviews and found the online appointment set up convenient. I left here with a decent (but not super sanitary feeling) pedicure and a manicure with red towel string residue on my nails. The location is inside of a strip mall with plenty of parking. There is a decent amount of nail polish selection available; however most appear to be well used and poorly kept. They got me seated right away for the pedicure. The tools for scrubbing that were used appeared to be stained and used prior to meeting my feet. The quality of the pedicure was completely acceptable for the price. The manicure resulted in small red towel fibers being left on my fingers. While not super noticeable, definitely annoying. In the end, the color was great; however the lack of interaction with my manicurist and red fibers have left me not wanting to come back. read more

This place is great! I've been a few times as a walk in customer and they've always fit me in and they've always done an excellent job. I brought a high school girl who had never had a manicure and they added beautiful floral art to her nails as a gift and she was thrilled! What a sweet addition for her. They have great customer service and make you comfortable. I also love the ambiance with the relaxing music- it's awesome while sitting in the massage chair and having your feet pampered (including a hot stone massage!). I needed a mani/pedi in the worst way so I googled some nail shops. This shop came up as a "top rated" shop. Their website kind of eludes to this place being a luxurious spa, when actually it's far from that. It's TINY! I was expecting a bigger venue‍, but whatever. I asked for a gel mani and spa pedi. The guy (Kevin) who serviced me was NOT friendly. Usually, the nail tech will engage in conversation and make you feel comfortable. His words were short and not sweet. I felt like he rushed my pedicure to the point that my heels still felt slightly rough afterwards. The gel mani was the same. He did NOT do my cuticles well, and he rushed painting my nails. Tomorrow will be one week since my visit and the gel is already lifting and it looks like I need a fill in already! I will not return nor recommend this nail shop/spa...or whatever they call this place. I gave them two stars simply because I like how they had the whole shop covid-19 ready!
