What a cool experience. Liz made an awesome job, she shaped my nails so detailed, the salon has hundreds and hundreds of color to choose (a full wall) it's the cleanest nails salon I've been, relaxing music, employees are super attentive. At the end she did put some cuticle oil, then a hands cream massage and... (my fav part) a warm towel aloe smelling wrapped my hands for some minutes. Overall a very good experience. It is clean and I appreciate the ability to schedule online. The only "complaint" I have is that I booked online twice with a specific technician and each time that technician started my nails, did the removal, and then another technician took over. This is frustrating when you find someone who does the shape just right. The other technician did a good job I just really liked the technician I booked the appointment with. read more

This is now my go to place to get m nails done. I would have to say that this is the place you want to go to if you enjoy getting nail art. Both Liz and Miranda can do any design you have in mind they also add their own spin on things if you tell them your idea. If you just need the basics a basic pedicure will get you a nice massage. My one piece of advice is to make an appointment online it is super easy and you don't need to add a credit card when reserving your spot. read more

It was so cute in here! They had pop music playing and had cute lights in their front window. Recently moved to Indy, and I just needed an old dip manicure removed. I didn't have an appointment, but I called right before I showed up and they had time in their schedule. I was so grateful they could accommodate me at the last minute likely that. Everyone was super friendly, and they did a great job! I've had a dip manicure removed a couple times at different places back home, and Eucy Nails did the best job out of anywhere else I've been. I'll definitely be back for a real manicure in the future! read more

This was my first time and I will definitely be back! I really liked that they had their pricing/services listed on the website and you could book online! Parking is conveniently located in front of the space too. Nik did a great job! I did a basic pedicure and dipped manicure. He was so quick and my nails look GREAT! I accidentally messed up one of my toes and he graciously fixed it without making me feel like this was an extra step as I felt horrible. read more

Finally was reunited with Liz at this new nail salon! Everything was great from booking online, arriving at the easy to find location with lots of parking, to my appointment starting & ending on time! The facility is nice, clean & in a nice area. This is literally the best nail salon in indianapolis. i had an appt at 5 , but i arrived at 4:45 , and was quickly seated. the place was clean and quiet. soon as it was seated , i was offered water while i waited. the person on my feet did an amazing job . their prices are a tad higher than most places , but totally worth it. so glad i seen an ad about them on facebook. i wont be going to anymore nail salons. read more

I decided to say to heck with it and just get everything redone. $60+ later, I get home Wednesday evening and noticed my left thumb was already cracked. -Saturday 2/28 - went back at 6:15pm to repair( they close at 7 according to online and their door signs) doors were locked. - Saturday 3/7 - (they're closed sundays and I work during the week), I called to get my thumb nail repaired from my 2/26 visit. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. Thinking it was a fluke, I wanted to give them another shot but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Hannah does my acrylics and I appreciate that she always shapes them to my request and have found that they are not overly thick or heavy like some techs make them. COVID: the salon is now appointment only, upon entering your temperature is checked, you're asked to sanitize your hands (sanitizer provided) and required to wear a mask. The staff only accepts minimal appointments at a time and keeps customers a minimum of 6 feet from each other. There are plastic patroons between you and the tech at both the mani and pedi stations and chairs are thoroughly wiped between customers. All equipment is sanitized between customers and/or wiped down per the appropriate CDC guidelines.
