Been going here consistently for a few years, amazing quality, a set of acrylics last about 4 weeks until they need filled. I usually show them inspo photos and they're replicated perfectly every time. Prices are great compared to what i've paid at other places. Honestly it was just gross. Not clean at all. Didn't want to touch anything cause it was covered in old nail polish, dust, and nail clippings lotion etc. I don't leave negative reviews often but I felt compelled cause it's a health hazard. No one seemed to want to work there. Like I was a burden being the only customer. Still had Christmas tree up for example. Just seemed like a business that didn't care anymore staff didn't care anymore. I got my nails done while all the other employees sat on their phones scrolling. Every surface was covered in products, nothing looked organized. They also just make up the price every time. It's never the same. I've come multiple times hoping it would get better, I really tried to give this place a shot cause it's so close to my house. But it's gross. Nails are just so so. The massage part of the manicure and pedicure are laughable. Just clean it up!! Take pride in your business. You wouldn't have guest in your home with your home looking like that. read more

Had a nice experience here recently. Walked right in around 3:30pm on a weekday and was seated for a pedicure right away. Massage chair was great. Nails looked fresh and nice. Prices were average. Only complaints? Could be a little cleaner and inviting inside. Most of the rows of polish were empty. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AT A NAIL SALON EVER. I've been getting my nails done since I was a teen and am now in my 40's. I went in for a nail dip as a walk-in. I was asked if I wanted a nail dip or manicure? I said nail dip. At literally every other nail salon I've ever gone to they've included with the nail dip service a trimming of cuticles, filing of nails, and even used nail dryer in the process of the nail dip, but not this place. Apparently it's all a la cart. You have to pay extra? The lady literally was trying to send me out of the salon with nail dust all over my hands. She acted almost offended that I said I needed to wash my hands before leaving. The owner was the person doing my nails. She was rude to every customer that walked in the door. In fact there was a couple people that not one of the employees greeted at the door. I saw one woman walk out because no one said anything to her. This place is ran down, they have rude employees, and terrible customer service. These people are just looking to make a buck not interested in building clientele. Okay so I never do this but they literally messed up my pedicure. I came in for a gel pedicure and he cut my nail totally crooked and was going to leave it like that until I said something. I told him it was crooked and he played dumb. I had him try to fix it but the damage was done. Then when I told him I wasn't happy with it he did nothing. I literally have been getting my nails done for years now and I would never do this. I told him he needed to at least discount it a bit since he messed up big time and he decided to blame it on me. I've been going here ~once a month for well over a year and I always recommend it! I specifically get dip powder and it seems like this is the only salon that doesn't set powder with a UV light (which I've heard isn't necessary for dip and I try to avoid it in general). My nails last me weeks and look great every time & I definitely suggest calling ahead and making an appointment beforehand--they can be pretty busy certain afternoons and weekends. I usually call the morning of and they can always get me in, just save yourself a drive in case they're booked for the next few hours! read more

I selected my color of choice and the dipping began... The atmosphere was quiet with spa type music slowing putting me to sleep... it was the relaxing moment I needed. I was in and out! I was so happy with how clean the salon was, they even opened the new, clean nail supplies (cuticle pusher, nail trimmer...) in front of me. The employees weren't too sociable but that's exactly what I was looking for. After waiting for over an hour and a half I was rushed into a 20 minute full set/manicure/massages. The woman next to me was giving me eyes of "have you been here thus long too" and told me she's never returning. They are extremely under staffed and take on more than they can handle. ONE lady was going manicures to FOUR different people. This was the most horrific place I've ever gotten Arcrylics from. I came in, showed a picture and got NOTHING similar to what I wanted. The lady was incredibly aggressive with the hand massage, made me bleed from cutting my cuticles and after asking her why they're uneven she proceeded to do my nails. I called when I got home to see if I could get a refund or a reshaping/repainting and they told me they don't do refunds and would charge me more for reshaping/repainting. The manager is INCREDIBLY unprofessional, the place is HORRIBLE, the job they do is DISGUSTING and the vibe is anything but relaxing. If I could give a place 0/5 I would because i have never felt more humiliated in my life. Edit: I got these done on a Friday and they had ALL chipped/broken off by Tuesday. I had an awful experience here. When I got there, they were starting to get a little busy and the lady doing my acrylic set started rushing which is already annoying but at least do a good job... I told her I wanted them really square and I showed her a picture that she barely looked at and was just like "yeah yeah yeah square". She starting doing my nails and did not do the shape I wanted at all. She was just basically rushing through the motions. Because she was rushing, when she was filing my nails, it actually was hurting me to the point where I had to pull my hands back and tell her she was hurting me! Smh. And when I told her that, she just rolled her eyes. Luckily, the pain stopped lol. I get that they are busy but if I am paying $45 for my nails, I expect to be treated nicely and also be satisfied with my nails when I leave! This nail salon's service is average on a regular visit, but I was greatly disappointed when I visited the salon for a Special Classic Spa, which according to their website is listed as a $35 service. Much to my surprise, I was told by the gentleman who serviced me that the service is actually $38 and that they would not honor the website price. Loved the Salon when under previous management. While the new salon is beautiful, my experience was sub par at best. The water for my pedicure stayed tepid and my feet still look like they require a pedi. The nails are mishaped some round and some square. :-( My search for a salon will continue. read more

The instruments were clean, as was the bathroom, but the surfaces at the manicure tables and the gel dryers have seen better days. Also, they were out of towels at the sink. For less than $30 plus tip, I got a basic pedicure plus massage with sea salt and lotion. The tools were clean and not shared, which seems like an obvious but a bit of a problem in Indy Metro.
