When you get a fishy ocean taste, that's when you can tell it is not fresh. I used to work in a sushi restaurant myself so I knew what to expect of fresh and old fish. The maki was small and nothing special. On a positive note the staff were honestly kind and attentive, its just a shame the food didn't represent their quality of service.
