I got a lot of blackheads and facial hair so I know I need threading and the ladies there do a good job at threading my hair off of my face. I come here to do the face and it just cost $30 and tip. They put aloe Vera after the threading to cool down my face. Usually my face turns blotchy red but it gradually goes away. So coming here was worth it. read more

It took me a second to figure out how to write this review but I am too disturbed not to. While the ladies in the salon were nice, my experience getting an underarm and Brazilian wax was not. I'm not sure what kind of wax she used but I asked for the regular wax and did not receive it. Then the woman who did my wax was VERY rough in the way she pulls the wax and repeatedly pulls in a manor that hurts and agitated the skin (I have been getting waxes for years and do not have sensitive skin). What disturbed me the worse was I got home and noticed I was bleeding and was never informed by the woman or given after care tips or help. I think they seriously need to rethink who or how they offer waxes because my experience was just absolutely unacceptable. I do not plan to ever step foot in here again read more

I've gone here a couple times to get my eyebrows threaded and I have been satisfied by their services each time. Every person that has done my eyebrows was really friendly and made the process as little painful as possible. The only thing I would say is I often have to let them know to trim my brows down so it sits flat, but other than that they do an amazing job. read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon, spontaneously. I have never done eyebrow threading because I have been traumatized in the past with waxing so I barely touch my eyebrows. My eyebrows are very light and thin, I usually pencil them in. I came in and Sara took me right away. I asked for eye brow tint and I knew my eyebrows were looking a little rough so I said why not try the threading. She made me feel very comfortable and it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. Then she added the tint for about 10-15 minutes, she also said my tint should last about 2 weeks or so, and told me not to wash too much or it'll fade fast. All the ladies were super nice. I came here with my cousin a few weeks back and she got her eyebrows threaded. She was very pleased with the results and the prices were very good. $6 for a good thread is a steal if you ask me. A couple days ago, I decided to come here to get my upper lip waxed and I was really happy with the results. After she waxed my stache, she threaded it to make it look nice and smooth. Today, my cousin took my aunt to the salon and she got a facial, and she was extremely satisfied. I want to go back to the place again to see if their service is consistent, but so far we have been very happy! read more

I did not want to give too low of a review as these women went out of their way to accommodate me but being that I now have almost none of my mink eye lashes (as well as my own lashes) that I paid over $75.00 ($130.00 in total ) for -- I had to leave a review. First I went and had regular lashes done which I went back but after getting home, i realized that I did want them a little thicker so I went back and had them updated. However, my eyes did not handle the material of the lashes well, and I returned a few days later to have the mink lashes done. They do not do dramatic lashes so I appreciated the woman's desire to give me a dramatic look. However, by the end of the evening I started losing lashes. I woke up with more lashes off. I did not put water on them as I have had lashes before so I know better. I just really think the application wasn't as strong as it should have beenToday I have almost none of one eye and just a little of another. I am scheduled to go somewhere to see if I can have these removed and deal with the loss of my lashes as well. I do appreciate how much they tried to help me but it was truly not worth it in the end for me. read more

Im giving 2 stars for the next reason.. i usually do it with one lady who usually does a good job. Went yesterday she wasn't there so i opted for someone else (I was in a rush trying to run all my errands in one day big mistake stick to your person) and the lady who did it went over board and made one eyebrow super skinny different shape and sort ! I was horrified i paid then i looked in the mirror and showed them i said i shouldn't pay for this you totally botched my eyebrows they didn't even complain and gave me the money back thats how bad she fucked up ! I giving them credit for handling it line that but still ! You messed up my eyebrow ! Now i can't do my eyebrows for month till it grows :( My eyebrow barely grow so is going to be long read more

Stopped in Lotus today bc my brows were like a flat line. In what seemed like a matter of seconds I had a shape with an arch and felt sexy again. Inquired about tinting and decided to get that done as well, LOVE IT!!!! It enhanced the whole brow and made it look even better. THEEEENNN we started talking about Brazilian wax....now I usually shave, but know waxing would be better. So she said let me just take a strip off so you can feel the experience. Now she kept it real and said it will hurt bc it's my 1st time, and it did but knowing it will last 4 to 6 wks and the smoothness of the area made me a believer. I've come here twice for threading, and twice for eyelash extensions - the initial application and a touch up. The threading service was pretty standard, but the eyelash service was problematic. There are 3 price levels of eyelash extensions - $25 for the fan lashes, $35 for plastic singles, and then $75 for silk or mink lashes. I went with the latter. After the initial application, I wasn't exactly happy. The lashes were sparse and much too long, and awkwardly spaced around my eyes. The angle of application was not in line with the lay of my natural lashes. She also didn't even use under eye protection. Within 24 hours the lashes had started falling off and twisting. I went in a week later for a touch up, requesting shorter lashes, and when she was finished had to ask her again to fill obvious gaps. Not even two hours later, nearly all of the new lashes fell out, with the remainder in large clumps. 4 of my lashes have already been pulled out. The glue she uses isn't even the professional grade. She should not offer this service here as the application is not up to par, to say the least. read more

I'm not one to write reviews, this is my first review with that said, i went to get eyelash extensions here, thought it'd be nice but instead the lady used cluster lashes ( which you are not supposed to use as eyelash extensions ! ) took about 20 minutes to do it, all she did was glue lashes on my eyelid while I looked down. Midway through the process the glue nearly stuck my eyes together. At one point my eyes were burning very badly. Two days after getting these lashes they started getting very uncomfortable and the appearance of them were really bad, so I decided to take them off (carefully) but my eyelashes still managed to rip right off with the cluster lashes. Needless to say my real lashes are in critical condition and are barely there. You get what you pay for but pls beware . read more
