This method is perfect for anyone desiring to truly learn yoga, and to build a healthily balance of strength, flexibility, stability, body-awareness, and calmness of mind. From my own experience it is an empowering method for learning to self-manage chronic health conditions, and to release the effects of stress from school and the work-place.
