The receptionist are so nice and are really good at explaining everything from instructions on how to take good photos to prices. I noticed their was a chance they could've of got more money out of me but they helped me out with what I had planned and made the purchase cheaper. They are not all about the money. I can tell they love seeing families come in and kids leave with smiles and a happy santa memory. I really like they think about the parents too. They play kids movies so the kids don't have to be so bored waiting. The Santa is amazing and the most looking Santa I've seen. He talks to the kids and jokes with them and acts his part. We were very nervous because like any wedding whether big or intimate we had some changes that were out of our control happen a few days before the big day. Octavio was very flexible and assured us that the photos would turn out great. And he was right! We had an intimate SF city hall ceremony with just our families present.
