Okay I have been waiting for a local night club to give city vibes and this is it! I had so much fun here. The music is amazing, danced all night. They even had a singer and an acrobatic performer. Our waitress was friendly. I did not try the food but they have some of the best signature drinks I've tried, will definitely be coming back here. We recently made a reservation for Hukah after a concert mixed with some pretty good sushi and a little nightlife. Drinks and ambience came quickly and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Things will be quite loud and if your table is close to the speakers as ours was, you barely be able to hear. I went here for the first time on Saturday night to celebrate my friend's birthday. This place was a great spot for some good sushi and great music to dance to. Keep in mind it is pretty deep in Brooklyn but other than that the venue and food were great. There was a woman singing various hits as her performance and she was amazing as well. My family and I have been familiar with Lou Lou Lounge for a long time since it's a local spot that many people in the neighborhood visit. I would not call it a terrible place overall, but the situations we've witnessed recently are extremely concerning and have changed our perception of this establishment. First, the security staff has become increasingly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. They have resorted to using high-grade pepper spray inside the venue, which is a completely inappropriate and dangerous method of handling situations in a crowded environment. Secondly, last night my husband and I came with another couple for a quiet evening and some drinks. While our husbands stepped outside for a smoke, they were approached by three women who aggressively insisted on getting their phone numbers. When my husband and his friend politely explained that they were married and that their wives were inside, the women became upset and complained to the manager, claiming the men were rude to them. Instead of de-escalating or hearing both sides, the manager immediately sided with these women, despite them being the ones who initiated the interaction. We were essentially pushed into leaving the establishment without any proper investigation into what actually happened. Whether these women are regular patrons or something else is not for me to determine, but it is extremely troubling that the environment allows -- or at least fails to prevent -- situations where aggressive strangers can target and harass married men, and management chooses to support this behavior. Seems like they support a prostitution or escort service that operates in the establishment and targets men. Overall, Lou Lou Lounge has become a place where we no longer feel safe or respected. The lack of professionalism from both management and security, combined with the troubling interactions tolerated on the premises, make it a place we can no longer recommend to anyone in the neighborhood. read more

When we got inside after bouncier checked our ID hostess was busy talking to some guys at the bar.... Finally she noticed us and walked us to our table without smile.. We've ordered Lou Lou signature drinks($18)( it was not strong ,more like a juice:(((. Then we've ordered Tuna roll Tuna roll was just a fried rice balls covered by the breadcrumbs with tiny Tuna pieces on top . Hello? What is it ? Is that a joke ? For $21??? I did not eat it. This place is incredible, by far the best I've seen in NYC! It feels like u're in Miami, definitely not South Brooklyn! The minute you walk in, you're in a different world, a fairy tail! I'm dead serious! Their special drinks - wow! Their food - OMG! Dinner starts at 7pm and by 10:30pm the lights slowly dim, the music softly gets louder little by little and this beautiful breath taking restaurant lounge transforms into a nightclub with massive state of the art sound and lighting system that will pleasantly bounce your guts till 4am! I had a good time at this place until the host of the program started to behave in a racist manner, making derogatory comments about Russian and Belarusian girls not being beautiful. The food at this restaurant is not very tasty, I would rate it a 6 out of 10, nothing special. If you want to eat delicious food, I do not recommend this place, especially if you are not Ukrainian. read more
