Without giving too much away on the specific personalized touches Adrienne and her team gave my sister, my sis had the most amazing experience here and as part of her bridal team, I was wowed myself! The dresses are gorgeous, diverse, and reasonably priced. The exterior AND interior of the studio was decorated perfectly, with flowers everywhere. And the VIP experience is 10000% worth the price!! My sister and the whole Bridal crew were crying happy tears by the end. Adrienne really made us all feel like a part of her family. Young is price gouging brides, plain and simple, and the entire environment is designed to trap you. My first appointment was a nightmare. While my stylist, Maddie, seemed nice enough, the owner, Young, is a total nightmare. She kept ripping back the curtain while I was half-naked to give blunt opinions on my body and pull dresses that were nothing like what I wanted. It's a vulnerable thing to change in front of a stranger, and she made me feel completely insecure. They also have a weird "rule" where you can't pull more than five dresses so you don't get "confused." I've been to eight other shops, and none of them have this rule. It's clearly just a tactic to force a quick sale. When I found a dress I liked, Young pulled out all the stops to force a "yes," making me shut my eyes while she grabbed a veil and flowers. When I said I wanted to think about it, she basically asked, "What's there to think about?" and pressured me into calling my mom right then and there. I later found out a friend had the exact same experience; it was her first time shopping and she was also convinced to buy a dress she didn't want because of their intense pressure. Her experience with their alterations was even worse. They charged her $1,100 just for a hem and convinced her if she took it elsewhere it would be messed up. During her reception gown fitting, she knew she had gained 15 lbs, yet the dress zipped right up. The stylist looked visibly nervous and told her to just claim she "lost weight" and leave with the dress. I'm still kicking myself for going back, but I was hitting major dress fatigue. Young was even more involved the second time and guilted me by saying she "didn't charge me" for the second appointment fee. When my friend and I said we didn't like a gown, they just piled on accessories--pearls, sleeves, and a veil--to "blind" me to the fact that the dress itself wasn't right. They never disclosed the prices of these extras until the register. I was filled with so much anxiety from Young telling me I wouldn't have a dress in time that I just swiped my card. My wedding was almost 10 months away at this point. Once they have your money, they do not care. When I realized I'd made a mistake, I offered to pay a restocking fee or exchange my brand-new gown for a floor sample, but they refused to help. Their only "solution" was to offer to help me find a different dress in their store; essentially asking me to spend even more money with them. They hide behind the "custom order" label, but you're just ordering from a catalog of sizes. I found my new dress at Sophia's and the experience was 10x better. They listened, never pressured me, and let me go home to think about it without charging me for appointments. That is how it should feel! If you look at other one-star reviews, you'll see that Young's standard response is to bash the bride and claim they are lying, pulling up "notes" to try and paint herself as the victim. This is a classic case of gaslighting. She attempts to manipulate the narrative to make the bride question her own experience and memory of the events. It is a defensive tactic used to avoid accountability for the high-pressure, toxic environment she has created for not just brides, but her employees and past employees as well. I left the shop crying with a dress that isn't me. Save your money and your sanity--go anywhere else! I've been to Nancy's, The Wedding Studio, The Finery, Hailey Nicole, Vows, and Alexandra's. They were all vastly better experiences!

I had several of my girls with me and they were accommodating about my larger group, and receptive to all of the feedback coming from a variety of directions. In terms of my dress selection, I got the dress I wanted by the designer I wanted (Essence of Australia) for the price that I wanted. My dress was a sample dress and honestly fit almost perfectly. I was so grateful this was such an amazing experience. An added bonus was once I found my dress, they let me try on accessories and hold a sample bouquet so I had a better sense of what I would look like on my big day. I not only got my dress, but also a stunning veil. I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough. Between the friendly and attentive staff and the gorgeous location that felt trendy yet homey, this was the best experience I had looking at dresses and helped me say "Yes" to the dress.

Me, my mom, and mother in laws were so impressed with her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism. She joked around with us and asked questions about me, my fiancé, and our big day. She made me feel comfortable with the process, and didn't make me feel wrong when I spoke my mind about how I felt in certain dresses. She honored my wishes to try on a couple "wild card" dresses but ultimately she could tell what I gravitated toward and didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't willing to try. She even cried with us as we tried the veil and I said yes to the dress! It is clear that the Luxe Redux stylists are good at what they do, and enjoy/love doing it. The store is smaller, with only enough space for about 3 parties at a time, and sells ONLY wedding dresses - these are two details that me and my entourage were very happy with. This made it feel more intimate, less pressuring, and like we didn't have to combat crowds of other people. They have a very impressive selection of dresses, so many different styles at very decent price points. They quite literally have a dress for every type of bride. We were able to purchase a dress and veil at a price point that would maybe only get you a dress at other stores. Since they sell sample dresses, we were able to take my dress and veil home which greatly eases my worries, and is a good option for brides with a tight time frame for purchasing a dress before their wedding. They do also have other accessories, like hair pieces, jewelry, belts, etc, but we were pressured into any extra upsells for these items. I brought three of my friends with me to start trying on dresses and get a general idea of what color pallet I want for my wedding. We were assisted by a woman who did not introduce herself , and I explained to her that I wanted to do mismatched shades of rust/terracota and allow for my bridesmaids to pick dress styles within those guidelines that they love and feel comfortable in. We began the appointment trying to nail down the exact color pallet and fabric textures. I tried to explain that I don't exactly know what colors I want but I want my friends to find dresses they like, which could dictate what final colors we end up with. The woman helping us did not allow us to start looking at dresses on our own until we had our colors set. She kept asking me what color I wanted to "put each girl in" which rubbed me the wrong way because I tried to make it clear that my main goal is for my friends to feel comfortable and beautiful while still looking cohesive. We also were continuously made to feel stupid for not knowing exactly what the fabrics were called or what the colors were. Once we decided on colors, my friends were able to start looking at styles. Because now they were constrained by colors, their options were very limited. Each person was also not allowed to stray from their "assigned color" even though this appointment was meant to be an initial design consultation and getting a feel for dresses. Some colors had only 1 or 2 dress options in the store to try. The whole time it felt like they were just trying to make an immediate sale and didn't care about how our experience was going. Granted, our appointment was 4:30-5:30pm on a Friday, but the whole time it felt like we were being rushed out of the store. If they do not want to see customers on Friday evenings they should not make appointments at this time. The last major issue is the "size inclusivity" that Bella seems to preach. The friends I brought with me had a hard time finding dresses that they could actually try on because most of the dresses on the rack were very small sizes. My friends are not "plus size" but were just looking for slightly larger sizes than were available. They claim to have dresses in size 0-32, but there were hardly any dresses in larger sizes that we could try on. Overall, this experience was terrible and my friends and I left the store feeling disheartened and frustrated. The next day we went to David's bridal and had a much better experience. While the dresses at Bella were pretty, the customer service did not make it worth it.
