I decided to see Jason because he was Korean and it would not cause a language barrier for my mom to understand everything. Also i paid out of pocket for an appointment which shows he probably thought i couldn't afford treatment. He comes in flashes a flashlight in my nose and says you probably have sleep apnea. He assigned me a sleep study and sent me off with a nose spray. When my mom would ask a question he would look annoyed and interrupt her mid sentence. After the sleep study i came to follow up with him and he said you have sleep apnea and there's nothing you can do besides buy a cpap machine. I said what about surgery, he said no it'll make it worse. I was so shocked how disengaged he was and how cold he sounded, like i was a fly pestering him. So i said okay and spent 1000 on a machine. After months of trying the cpap and failing, i couldn't do it anymore. I changed my insurance to PPO and found another ENT doctor. He FULLY examined everything from ears, mouth, and put a camera in my nose to give a thorough exam. The doctor concluded it was because of my tonsils that were overly large and was blocking my airways and that i needed a tonsillectomy. Which i did and my sleep apnea was gone like that. Thank you Jason for rejecting me because i was able to get fully healed besides believing that nothing else could be done for me. Don't ever doubt yourself and go get second opinions always.

Love this office, front office staff and Dr Wong. Have been…read moregoing since 2016, for allergy shots . Had suffered for years with Asthma , upper respiratory and sinus infections . Then hives became a chronic problem. I am pretty much symptom free due to the protocol Dr Wong put me on. I owe my great health to this office. I feel like a miracle baby. And now I am around dogs all the time , no issues. As a patient , I did my part and showed up for injections and appointments as instructed. Also asked questions , which were patiently answered. I believe we have to be advocates for our own health. It takes two, me and the medical staff. Grateful to have been referred to this office.

Based on that conversation, I thought we would discuss whether testing could help identify which medications within the NSAID family I could safely use. Instead, I was met with an astonishing level of dismissiveness and condescension. Rather than thoughtfully discussing my options, I was told that pursuing a drug challenge was not worth the time. His advice was to drive to a hospital parking lot, take Advil, and see what happened. If I experienced another episode of anaphylaxis, I could then check myself into the ER. I was stunned. This was not only unprofessional, but reckless advice to give a patient. I came seeking medical guidance to avoid another medical emergency, not to be told to conduct my own unsupervised experiment and hope emergency services were nearby if things went wrong. The interaction was so disrespectful that I immediately stopped seeing this physician. To this day, I remain angry about how I was treated. Patients deserve to be spoken to with professionalism, respect, and basic concern for their safety. My experience reflected none of those qualities.

The woman I spoke with on the phone emphasized the importance of my appointment time and not to forget it as they don't send out reminders. I show up at the time of my appointment and they said they were closed for lunch and to come back in 30 min. So they told me the wrong time of my appointment. The man who told me to come back was very unprofessional and unsympathetic. I understand they had their break at that time, but then don't schedule people at that time? Like I don't get it. And if someone gets scheduled at the wrong time then offer them an I'm sorry or something like damn. I would say don't go to this place. It's a waste of time.
