Office staff are incredibly friendly here, and the office was comfortable and clean. Dr. Ho is awesome! He is kind and caring. My concerns regarding my labs were heard and he explained to me what each of my lab results are. He made sure I understood what I will need to do prior to my next visit and that my vaccines are up to date. I'd highly recommend this place. Dr. Ho is a good doctor, he gets five stars for that! The issue is I can never get an appointment. If I have a fever or feeling very ill, I have to go to urgent care (which I have to pay more for instead of going to him and pay copay). I wish I can have my old doctor back because at least I can get appointments. Unfortunately my old doctor doesn't take my insurances anymore. This clinic should reserve spots for emergency visits or do virtual. I wish I can give better reviews based on his care that is if I can ever get an appointment. I cannot predict 2 weeks from now I'm going to be sick. But unfortunately, you have to book appointments 2 weeks in advance to be able to see him. read more

I had severe pain in my low back and left leg. I went to see Dr. Ho for the first time, I didn't wait long. I was seen by a very nice PA, I answered all of his questions and gave additional information while the doctor sat across the hall and waited. He asked the PA what I said and then entered the room. He did not give me a physical exam, he told me that "pain was good" he told me to stop taking the medications prescribed by the emergency room doctor the way written. He wanted me to change the usage on the medications. I asked if he could write it down, he said he'd "put it on a post-it" which he did. But not on anything official. I told him that the emergency room doctor suggested I get an MRI to find out what was going on with my back/leg. He said he was not going to give me an MRI and whatever that pain was I was having at the time was not related to the exact same pain I experienced 6 weeks prior. When I walked in that office I was in pain and having numbness from the knee down and he did nothing. He did however ask if I wanted a pap smear and mammogram. I was in disbelief at the lack of care. I left the office in shock and sadness for anyone who would have to endure a visit to this office. I immediately called my insurance company as soon as I got to my car and requested a change in physicians. My new physician happily requested an MRI and turns out I have a 10mm disc bulge in my spine! I cannot imagine what would have happened if I continued treatment with Dr. Ho. I have never left a review like this but felt compelled to do so after such a display in complete disregard for a patient. If you need a doctor that cares... pick someone else. read more

Amazing doctor! I finally found a physician I can keep for the rest of my life. I've been coming to Dr Ho for the past 3 years. He is not like other doctors. He explains everything in detail so there's no "what's gonna happen next." He is very thorough and kind with his patients. Hannah and Ashley at the front desk are the sweetest receptionists/ assistants that I have ever met! They are very friendly, polite, and accomodating. Dr. Ho is lucky to have found such amazing staff. I have met my fair share of doctors and Dr. Ho is one of the most caring physicians out there. First of all, Dr Ho's receptionists are all amazing. Michelle, Tamika and Ashley have been very friendly and helpful during every single visit. They answered all my questions kindly and thoroughly with a smile. They helped me with my referrals and exam results with promtpness unlike many other clinics that frequently delay processing of important documents. Dr. Ho is one of the most caring doctors that I have met that is also well-knowledged in medicine. He always checks with me thoroughly to figure out what I am going through and tries to make everything as comfortable as possible for me. I like Dr Ho because he sees you as a "patient" not a "customer". The difference is, he always does and recommends what's BEST for you, not what you "like". After all, that's the reason why we see a doctor since we don't have a medical degree or training right? I want to share my own experience. I've been afraid of going to see a doctor during Covid but am also not sure if I can get all my concerns addressed not seeing the doctor face to face. When I called Dr Ho office, they assured me that I can get the same treatment through phone or video chat. Recently I had symptoms that I'm worried if it's covid, when I visited Dr Ho I told him my concerns and said my friends told me I should just take antibiotics just in case. After he heard about my descriptions he said my symptoms are like seasonal allergies not covid. I still want antibiotics "just in case" and he explained to me very patiently why it's not necessary and not recommended given the symptoms I have. He prescribed me some nasal spray that helped a lot and told me to call him if I have any new symptoms. Luckily I felt better in couple days. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is to explain all the details and gave me the peace of mind. read more

I've been coming to Dr Ho for over a year now. I'm very happy that I found him (through yelp). He is super patient and caring. I especially respect that he is always very honest with me. He often times tells me based on my situation it's not needed for me to do extra lab tests if it's only because I want to check. 1st time patient. Very happy with Dr Ho's detail and lengthy visit. After 1year+ of back pain, multiple visits to my 1st doctor and Kidney specialist. The cause of pain was never figured out. Almost gave up til I saw Dr. Ho's review.. During the visit, he gave me a body stretch n prescribed me nerve relaxer. The pain disappeared 2-3 days after the visit.
