So take this review as if I went to a store, found that they were charging $16 for a gallon of milk. I didn't buy the milk, but I certainly cannot recommend buying that store's milk. And if you would read the owner's comments to the 1 and 2 star reviews including this one, the tone of his voice is telling. When a business receives a bad rating or review or a customer complaint, it is a great opportunity to make good and create immense good will, not only with the customer in question, but for anyone reading the review and how it was handled.
