And after doing some searching, the Maggio team has now replaced my roof, balcony, and window awnings. Full disclosure, Maggio's proposal had the highest price tag of my search, but I feel that with that came along the best customer service I received during my search and also probably the best job during the actual work. Both teams that came out (roof and balcony/window were two separate jobs) were professional, diligent, thorough, and competent. The phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly applies and in this case I feel like I paid for piece of mind. And you can't really put a dollar amount on that.
