We spoke several times in the weeks leading up to the wedding as we bounced ideas off of each other for the creative elements of the cake, and even though I knew what she was making, I was blown away when I actually got to see it in person. We got married at Pats Peak, and asked Melissa to make a 3 tier cake that looked like a ski slope, with trees and snowboarders on it. She nailed it!
