Horrible care. I have one of these most painful surgeries you can get, the recovery was brutal and I'm still experiencing, mind you MONTHS LATER, pain that is absurdly brutal. Lourdes family medicine is a complete joke. All their doctors leave, their office manager "Kristina" never calls back. You ask for a call back to discuss concerns, months later and you still don't hear anything back! The only place worth going to at Lourdes is their Urgent care and ER. I am a retired nurse and I am very pleased with the care I receive from Lourdes Clinic, in Pasco, WA. Dr Chris Brussow is my primary care provider and he allows me to express my concerns and he balances with what he deems best. I find him very intelligent and up on current standards of care yet somewhat homeopathic. I.e. I am on weight loss program with NO MEDS; and, adjusting b/p meds down as lose weight. Old fashioned natural healthy plan. The clinic is friendly and my needs for appointments, referrals are taken care of promptly. And best of all he is young so hopefully he can be my provider for a long time!! read more

My name is Jim Dortch; ...Amazing, simply Amazing! I spent 4 days in Lourdes hospital on a return stay after complications associated with my shoulder replacement surgery. The hospital stay felt more like a country-club stay than a hospital stay! Everyone involved with my recovery was simply excellent, did not encounter a single person there with a poor attitude, including housekeeping, CNA's, nurses & doctors; everyone was pleasant & helpful, especially the nurse that was assigned to my care, her name is DJ, always pleasant & often provided levity which was an added plus. The night nurse, I believe his names Franz, not sure if I spelled that correctly, he too was pretty exceptional! ...side note, the food was much better than I expected! :-) ...Kudos to entire staff! 5 star for sure! read more

Waited over two hours to see the PA. The front nurse offered to reschedule, but the next opening was about a month out. I'm lucky to have had the work flexibility to wait but the average person who is constrained by school, children, or work do not. Fix your scheduling system. read more

AWFUL SERVICE IN TLC Lab! I am deaf and they don't even try to communicate with me at all! Try to talk to me through their damn masks! I have been waiting to get my blood withdrawn for an hour so I finally left! Waste my whole lunchtime! This place is extremely ridiculous at handling their petients and I would suggest driving out of town to see a doctor that is actually gonna help you. First off the second we sat in the room Doctor Brent Lynnwood tried to take his mask on and when I told him I felt uncomfortable if he could please wear it he made it seem like an inconvenience but kept his mask on. Then after talking to him for 5 minutes he completely dismissed the diagnosis that my therapist and I have been talking about for the last couple of months. Then he stated that I couldn't have that diagnosis because people with that diagnosis are "crazy" and "can't keep a job" which is completely incorrect, the diagnosis has a spectrum and it effects everyone to different extents. He also got very dramatic about this diagnosis and kept saying "this is the worst diagnosis you could possibly get" which made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't believe anybody should have to go through what I just did especially if they aren't in a stable mental state. Doctor Brent Lynnwood is the biggest unprofessional clown I've ever had the inconvenience of interacting with. read more

Tried to establish care for my son new to the area. Couldn't get in for 8 weeks, pulled my son out of school early that day and showed up to his appointment 25 minutes early and was told that he was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. Completed the new patient paperwork so they could have it on file in 10 minutes, and they rescheduled us out another 6 weeks even though his paperwork was done 15 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. The receptionist told me she put a note on his next appointment that his paperwork was complete and he could arrive 15 minutes early. So here we are, 6 weeks later and I get calls from the clinic telling me they need to reschedule his appointment. I call the clinic back to explain that he needs to complete his appointment because we have been waiting months and he needs to establish care. They transfer me to a nurse who argued that he needed to wait so they could give him a booster vaccine when he turned 11. I reminded the nurse that he is not due for his booster until 7th grade, and he is only in 5th grade. They agreed to put his appointment back on the schedule. Literally the day of the appointment I get a call from the clinic manager that the receptionist is claiming I yelled at her (which I did not- I just directly told her "No, we are not rescheduling again.") Clinic manager says she understands my urgency to get my child established with a doctor, and tells me to call her if any concerns come up. We show up to my son's appointment today 28 minutes early - and the SAME RECEPTIONIST tries to tell me that we are late and need to reschedule. I tell her "No, we are not late. You put a note on our appointment that we could be here 15 minutes early and be fine because we already completed his paperwork. By my phone, we are 28 minutes early." She gives me some bologna story that she will have to talk to the doctor, and asks me to have a seat. I sit with my son, (who is bored out of his mind for having to wait so long, AGAIN) and less than 3 minutes later, the receptionist returns to the front desk, sits down, and tells the other receptionist "we can't do any of the things he needs." Meanwhile, we continue to wait, and 20 minutes later we are called up to the window and the other receptionist says. "So the doctor says we are going to have to reschedule his appointment..." Not only is the office staff terribly rude, for them to give a new patient the runaround because they only want to fulfill their "vaccine agenda" - they made us wait another 20 minutes to tell us?! Ridiculous- definitely NOT health "care"- they don't care nor do they acknowledge the amount of my time they have wasted. It's pretty clear that Lourdes West Pasco Pediatrics is only interested in providing the services they can bill out higher visits for. Good luck if you need anything besides a vaccine. read more

Went to the ER today for follow up for my husband's work related injury. My husband cracked his ribs and had a difficult time ambulating so Dr. Guiterrez saw my husband and was thorough, friendly and answered all our questions. He had great bedside manner and was even able to get a follow up appointment at the clinic that previously told us they were booked through the next few weeks. Overall he was thorough and friendly. One of the best physicians we've seen in Tri-Cities. read more

Last time I visited this office was a few years ago. I had excellent service and was seen promptly. Today I went back because I knew they were great. Well I was definitely wrong. The wait time is extremely long which is understandable but the fact that the receptionist doesn't tell you this annoys me. I found the receptionist to be very rude and not helpful. She seemed to be new so I just kept that in mind. But being New doesn't mean you can't be friendly to people that need help. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place. Prefer to go to Kadlec clinics from now on. read more

Poor billing service. Didn't bother to bill insurance and wasn't notified for years. Will never patronize any Lourdes facility again. Will stick with Kadlec or Trios in the future since we have never experienced anything like that with either of them. Wish there was a zero star option. read more
