On October 6, 2025, I picked up my mother and found she was crashing from low sugar. Urgent care on gage was the closest facility. I rushed her in there and asked them to test her sugar, as I did not have anything with me. They told me they don't carry those supplies, and could not help me. Go to the emergency room. What?! I then asked aren't they an urgent care, and they said yes, but, there were 2 people before me...seriously? An 80 yr-old is having an insulin issue and you are sending her away. Unacceptable! I will never step foot in another best med facility. And I will continue spreading this info. read more

Maybe after your staff is better trained and staff realizes this is urgent care not a 9 to 5 appointment only clinic since sign gives specific hours If service. don't tell coming in patients sorry no more patients being seen with 2 patients in waiting room and told to try North Richland or kennewick urgent care. I worked in the medical field 40 yrs and if treated patient in manner we were treated I would have been reprimanded and second time fired. Hope your staff realizes patients are your bread and butter. read more

Just wanted to submit a follow up review. Went back in after a few days because I had some worsening symptoms for an ear infection. The lady at the front was kind. I was the only one there so I was taken back quickly. I had a different doctor this time, his name was Richard. He was extremely kind and very helpful. It's always nice when the doctor has a little bit of humor to lighten the mood, which he certainly had. So far my experiences here have only been great. Please keep loving on your staff so that they can keep loving in their patients! read more

The male nurse was incredibly rude and inappropriately rough with children this morning at our visit. I would never take someone I love here again. I will add that on the other hand, the PA Wray was incredible! read more

Doctor confidently incorrectly diagnosed me in 5 minutes without asking any questions then walked out. Refused to even answer questions. Then a month later get an additional 50 dollar charge on top of the co-pay. Awful experience, go literally anywhere else. read more

Supremely disappointed. I get the healthcare staff is overworked right now, but we waited an hour with no response to getting an appointment after the paperwork was filled out and the couple next to us had been waiting almost two hours. I would expect more from an URGENT care. read more

I have developed new medical issues over the last 2 months, finding a Primary Care Provider for these issues was a very frustrating and discouraging process. After my hospitalization I was referred to and turned away from several Doctors, stating I need specialists or I'm "too complicated". Specialists are booked months out. I did not have anyone to continue my new medications and I would have had a serious laps in care. Jamera Thompson PA-C not only took the time to listen and treat me, she genuinely wanted to help get me on the right path. Before I left the office, I had a clear treatment plan. She made phone calls and made the best referrals to fit my specific condition. I was so grateful to find a provider like her, professional and very personable. Jamera is a perfect example of someone who was meant to advocate for others and work in the healthcare industry. I was overwhelmed by the entire office experience from the front desk to the Medical Assistant as well, awesome! I went to this clinic for the first time without knowing what to expect. I didn't have to wait too long. Person checked me in was very nice, nurse Gina and doctor Nelson also I couldn't ask any better. They both gave me wonderful experience in the clinic. I will go back for sure if I need. If I could give zero stars it would be more appropriate. I understand that the medical community is stressed and overworked to say the least. I had to make a stop here, filled out the paperwork in the areas I was asked to only to be scolded and berated by the other receptionist for not doing it correctly, but again it was done per the other receptionist instructions. I come here if me or my family is sick. The wait is not to long. The staff is really friendly every time I come. They make me feel welcomed. I come all the way from west Pasco, I go to the clinics in West Pasco and there is a long wait even when there is only one or two people in the waiting room. Nobody wants to wait and wait in a waiting room when you are sick. I came here one day on Easter Sunday 2016 because I cut my finger with a filet knife and they stitched me up in no time. You can't even tell that I got cut. They are open 7 days a week, I know it's quite a drive from Road 68, but it is well worth it. I shouldn't be saying to much because everybody is gonna know my little secret now and start coming here. read more

Had a great experience as I hurt my knee bad sprain at work came in to see Bobby L (PAC) he was very professional explained my injury and diagnosed it correctly with instructions ice heat came back in for follow up 5 days later and was able to return to work Thank you Bobby and staff u guys were great! Nurses were fantastic. We went in for a raging sore throat and tonsils the size of ping pong balls and the doctor (Nelson) without looking in her throat, said there's nothing you can do. I had to tell him, "look in her throat". Finally he said, well we can give her a shot for pain". My daughter was in tears. This guy had the WORST bedside manner. We felt like an inconvenience. The only saving grace was the lovely nurse. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. After asking the receptionist multiple times if the Covid test would be free and completely covered, I was assured multiple times that this is a free testing clinic. As long as you're an American citizen you are covered under the CARES Act. Well, 7 months later I'm hit with a $172 bill. $104 for physicians time, when all they did was swab my nose. $48 for a RAPID test that took 3+ days to get the results from. And $20 for "supplies during a public emergency". If I wanted to spend $172 on a Covid test, I would have found a facility that didn't make me wait in a waiting room for almost 2 hours, a facility that could give me results in under 48 hours, and a facility that could give me a more accurate test. Absolutely unreal that these people are telling the public that their tests are free, when in reality they are going to try and hit people with a bill months later. Crooks. read more

I came here with my 3 year old to have her seen. I was very satisfied with their safety measures set from entering the building to when we left. We were able to be seen quickly and safely. I am very appreciative of the care we received and precautions taken during this time. read more

The waiting room was clean and big so the patients could all spread out. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. I wish I could say the same for LPN Kelly! She was condescending, and pushed her unsolicited medical advise that should only come from the provider. (And as it turns out, her advise was contradictory to what the provider told us.) Once she figured out she had over stepped she tried to be friendly, but seemed like friendliness and finesse were out of her comfort zone. PA-C Paul Maiocco was friendly and informative, great bedside manner. Will come back in the future, just hope it's a different MA or LPN who takes care of the vitals. read more

The doctor and the nurses were great. BUT the receptionist today wouldn't help me get in contact with a nurse. I went to see a doctor on Wed, but the prescription was not getting through to the pharmacy for some reason. I called the clinic first thing Thursday morning, and the receptionist told me "I'll write a note to the nurses and they'll call you back". So I wait a few hours and don't hear anything. I was already having trouble with the pain, and the pharmacy still seemed like it didn't have my prescription. Either way, I call back a few hours later and say that I had called earlier that morning. I get the same receptionist. She replies "Yes, I passed a note to the nurses and they'll call you back". I ask "Ok. Do you know about when they might call me back?". And she replies, "No, it depends. They need to do it between patients". And I reply, "Ok.. but is there still a time range they might call me back in?? (I was scared they would call me the next day or a few days later!!)". And she replied, "No, I passed a note to the nurses and they will call you back. *HANG UP*" I ended up calling the partner clinic on Torbett in the afternoon instead. That clinic was helpful. I called and just let the receptionist know that my prescription from the previous day's visit had not gone through yet and she immediately got a hold of a nurse. I got my medication an hour later and it was great. I probably just got bad luck with the Gage receptionist. The receptionist from the previous day at the same clinic seemed helpful. read more

We are only in town for a few days. My husband needed to see a doctor for a flair up of his lung condition. This place was very close to where we're staying. The staff could not have been better. The doctor treated my husband with care an took the time to get to know him. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them. read more
