She had texted me at 9:45 but I didn't see it as I was working. She told me she waited an hour for me to respond. When I asked her why she didn't just call me instead of canceling since she has my #, she didn't respond. My husband, who has a hectic schedule and works long hours, cleared his schedule so this woman could come over. Bery unprofessional. Doesn't know how to run a business or how to treat people.
