We bought 4 pizzas, 2 pep and 2 bacon and they were as incredible as always. Love Amaro has its own special touch that is very distinct but so tasty. I'm not vegan, but my brother who is , introduced us to this place and I'm so glad he did. I find myself craving their pizza all the time now! The quality of the ingredients really stands out, from the perfectly ooey gooey, addictive cheese to the chewy texture of the dough. Their unique pizza selections make it even better.yummy! I brought three boxes to a family gathering where no one was vegan, and the next day I was getting texts asking for the name of the place , that says a lot.haha As for the customer service, I've seen some mixed reviews, but I've never had a bad experience. This place is super good! If the price was scaring you off, reconsider because 2 slices of the large (out of 8) is enough for a whole meal for one. I've tried lots of vegan pizzas, and this place has the yummiest ones. I also love the creativity with the different pizzas you can get. The crust is so good! There's a brushing of garlic butter on it that makes it super flavorful, and the texture is exactly what I missed when I went vegan. Been supporting this business since the vegan depot days. I was excited for the business to be back in the IE, after being out in LA. I show up during their first week of being open in Fontana. I walk in there and the owner just stares at me with a blank face and says nothing. Felt awkward but I brushed it off and placed my order. The energy was just off and I didn't feel welcomed at all. I thought maybe he was not having a good day. So I gave it another shot a different day. Same thing, guy just looks pissed off and miserable. Again, I feel awkward. I felt very disappointed because I was excited for them to be close to home again. When it comes to a business, customer service plays a big role for me. You can't treat those who support you that way. You portray this "goofy funny" persona on your social media but in person you seem like a bitter person. To me thats being fake. If you are going through a hard time, let someone else run the customer service part of it. Im always for supporting small business, specially vegan ones, since there is not many in the area. Service was horrible. We were not offered a receipt. We were told 25 minutes to prepare. I returned after 25 minutes and politely asked how much longer. Instead of the guy using his words to tell me how long, he pointed to an oven as if that would tell me how much longer. When the food came out , I asked which were the garlic knots. This is my favorite vegan pizza spot, hands down! It's better than any non vegan pizza spot. I took my family here today, and my mom LOVED it. Our favorite is the classic supreme and the creamy chicken tomato pan pizza. The garlic cheese knots were to die for, the spaghetti uses fettuccine noodles, and they were a perfect al dente! We also got a trio of poppers that we never got to because there was plenty of food (they are super generous with portions), but we look forward to our midnight snack tonight. :) They currently have a special peach cobbler corn bread with a homemade bourbon sauce right now for Father's Day. Food is amazing as always ! Owner was nice to me and my boyfriend whenever we come in from Orange County. Which I respect a lot. We definitely always keep this place in mind when we travel too and it NEVER disappoints. I always tell all my vegan friends to drop by and support this business because they're amazing. We LOVE the cheesy garlic knots, the hot honey pineapple pizza, and the ricotta pizza and sometimes I get a glassed coke that hits the spot with all the flavors of how delicious his creations are. Straight fire very delicious 10 out of 10. Be patient when you come in they make everything fresh it takes about 15 to 25 minutes, depending on what you're ordering. I love the inside to. I am honestly so sad I have even have to write this kind of review, but must do what is right. I have been coming to this pizza place since it was originally in riverside, I even then commuted an hour plus when they moved to the Venice location, because their pizza was that worth it me. I was so sad to go to their new location, after being so excited, to be greeted with such hostile energy. There was not a single ounce of welcoming energy, no hello when we walked in nor when we were being helped, we asked about their specials and seen they had a 3 large pizzas for 75, when we were originally going to order 2 pizzas for 55, so my friend asked me aloud if we should just order that instead and hand out the rest of the pizza to the homeless, before I could even respond the owner shouted at us to not do so, and quote on quote said "NO! DONT DO THAT! its a waste of your money, and it will bring homeless people to my business and they will ask for free stuff and they already scare off customers" he said this in such a disrespectful and rude way, he genuinely looked at us with disgust in his face. I was so taken back that I just ordered the two pizzas, instead, but really shouldn't have even gave him my business for that. This business has "we love Fontana" all over their walls and claims to be for the community, but doesn't even want to help the part of the community that needs the most help.
