I don't even feel good about giving it one star. From the absolute beginning, she lied and didn't communicate about proper information as well as took it in her own hands to allow people to be pallbearers at my own Son services when I had already assigned them prior. Apologize and said it was all her fault and a miscommunication with them because she was not there. Only her child and Nate was as she showed up three minutes before the service . (Yes I was upset and completely appalled that she gave me a time and told me she'd get back to me when she spoke to the church, but they took it upon their selves to move him ) Gave me a date that I would receive My Son by received him weeks after that date so that she kept it because of weather, but I told her to go ahead and send him and no communication was done absolutely appalling and have no idea what I paid for. Save yourself some time and do not use this company. I am completely upset at who recommended this place and I wish I had done my own research. That's really funny about the review above me because I have full custody of my son as well as I raised him alone, his entire life due to domestic violence so for y'all to throw that I only wanted money out of his father is ridiculous. Second of all he had no wishes as he didn't even show up so it shows y'all how much y'all know as well as the service was not great. They moved My Son's body without his ball bearers being there was the first mistake. She didn't realize the service and said it wasn't awake "on" they are right that it took me a week and a half to get there as my son passed just before Christmas time and as I arrived at Christmas in Texas, as I live in Tennessee, and my son was growing living in Texas. It blows my mind the lies that y'all will come up with for reviews when I have all of the backing proof. The only ones line is this company as stated on Google review and I showed my screenshots as well because they love to put in extra stuff, but I didn't add all of that until I read this review above. But keep up the lies. I sleep great at night and I know everything that I say is the honest trace she told me My Son would be sent out on the 30th then she did not tell me anything and I asked if My Son was sent out she came up with these holiday hours and times Then I found out she got them on a Tuesday. I asked her to send them out. She tells me that she wait because of the storm and I said no send him out to me. I would go pick him up if needed, and she went ahead and kept him another week And I had to ask when he would come and that's when she informed me she kept him the day the Texas got no not prior to it. It's ironic that I don't even know the person that was just left this review that stating all of this that they saw at My Son services. But you are absolutely right there was a fight that broke out. they were aware of the situation prior to them even getting on the property and it was handled. Great I didn't need to mention that because that part didn't have anything to do with the funeral home, but they are absolutely right that people showed up that we're not invited and were told not to come after they stole from my child, but putting that all in the air makes them feel better well congrats that happened. As well as I seen her in person on the 26th, because when I flew in, they were closed for Christmas. It's one of the reasons I pushed My Son's funeral out because who would want to show up during that time.? But I went there and I signed all the paperwork so she did talk to me as well as I have countless messages from her planning the entire situation, but to use parts of lies to tell a story on them behalf is amazing to me other people have given them bad reviews look at the dates. Not fake about it. I'll never recommend her to anyone.. destroying a Hunt County business when other people have given her the same star but blaming me for it is ridiculous as well as all I did was leave a review nothing else. But that's what this is for. By the way, she's the second person I think she's the same person that said that these things were free not only did. I have to ask about them, but she did not give them to me for free now she went down on the price because the fingerprints were not good, but I paid her as here's the receipt that I showed. I don't think this is necessary, but since you said it was for free and it was not for free this is just many things that they've said That is absolutely false. Nothing was free. I was reading Love & Integrity reviews to see if my associates did what they said they were going to do...leave fake business reviews to destroy this business. I witnessed from beginning to end when this firm served the Read family from beginning to end. Yes his mother is grieving but is being delusional of true facts. How her son died two weeks before she even came to see about him and never wanted to actual make sit down funeral arrangements. Her only concern was getting money out of his father whom requested no service or viewing. After being asked, even by her family members, no order of service was submitted to funeral home. The funeral home was nice enough to create prayer cards for each guest and a beautiful photo of him. And to make the mother happy the director created a beautiful service even after the disrespectful talking the mother done . The funeral home handled the situation with grace and patience because they knew she was grieving. Family and friends gathered to say great things for the family to turn it around to try to destroy a great name in Hunt County. Everyone knows that have dealt with this funeral home they offer package plans for the type of service you ask for. Not to mention those who posted forgot to mention how they disrespected publicly with plenty of witnesses fighting on church grounds. This not the place to air out dirty laundry but this funeral home went over and beyond. Even his mother said so and spoke highly of until she went into a grievance stage. All of that is understandable but lying is unnecessary. They most definitely did their jobs and served with love and integrity. Even going over and beyond with giving the mother his fingerprints and hair locks (for free). It is a business. They do not control church air conditions nor the crematorium on who is next in line to be cremated. That's how you know fake reviews are being posted. Love & Integrity Funeral Cremation Services is one of the top tier funeral cremation services throughout Hunt County, DFW and surrounding areas that have went over and beyond for many families. Unfortunately they had to experience a ghetto out of town family that was fighting and disrespecting the mother of a deceased child's family. Because of their personal issues, This same family (even in their evil state respecting their namesake) have went on every review channel they can find to try to destroy this funeral home who is a pillar in their community. They even color coordinate their clothing with the colors the family picks. Very professional and bodies are natural looking. But I must brag on them. Unfortunately, I had the horrible experience of watching a grieving mother struggle with these people to get ANYTHING right. They seemed totally incompetent at anything close to love and integrity.
