I hired FG7 Cleaning LLC to perform a move-out cleaning at my rental property. Unfortunately, I was unable to personally inspect the property immediately after the cleaning was completed. I was sent photos of the finished job, & based on those photos, I believed the property had been properly cleaned & was ready for my tenant. 3 days later, my tenant moved in & contacted me about the condition of the property. She sent me photos showing that the home had not been cleaned to the standard I expected from a professional move-out cleaning. I will include those photos with this review so others can see the condition for themselves. EDIT* FG7 Cleaning LLC did offer to come back & make things right but their guaranteed time period was for only 48 hours & that time had passed since my tenant didn't move in till a day after that time. A $25 credit was offered but the offer wasnt agreeable to the condition the home was left in. FG7 had such a late response to my complaint & concerns, my tenant had already moved in & understandably, could not wait & chose to hire another company to properly clean the property. Additionally she did not want to deal with this same company. My biggest takeaway: Do not rely solely on the photos provided by the cleaners. Personally inspect the property before considering the job complete. Unfortunately I was already 500 miles away. I'm posting this review not to be unfair to the company, but to share my actual experience & warn other property owners & landlords who may be considering them for a move-out cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not use FG7 Cleaning LLC again for a move-out cleaning. Photos provided by my tenant are included below.
