I'm extremely happy with how the pictures turned out and the grandparents are so in love with all the pictures. From receiving the quote all the way to the finalization of the gallery, she never stopped answering questions and always had recommendations to make everything better and smoother. 2. She had fun energy and made the photoshoot enjoyable and memorable. Both my fiancé and I are introverted people that don't really take a lot of pictures. However, working with Stephanie was such an easy and relaxed experience. 3. She does her research and it shows. She is based in LA / OC County, I did request her to come out to Northern San Diego County. I had chosen one spot for the proposal. She came back to me and asked if we would also like to take pictures at another spot a few miles away. So while we originally only had one place to take pictures, we ended up taking pictures at two different places that were both great. 4. The photos came out amazing. Now, as for the African American woman assisting with the photos (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately), the experience with her was absolutely terrible. When she asked if I had any coupons, I mentioned that I was sure I could find one on the website. She immediately told me it would take 24 hours to activate. While I was literally pulling it up, she then changed her story and said it was a different website she was referring to. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. On top of that, she clearly lacks basic photography/customer service skills. She was just snapping pictures without giving any direction at all no adjustments, no help fixing poses, no guidance with my kids, nothing. I had to keep stopping the session myself to fix my children because she couldn't be bothered to say anything and just kept taking bad shots. What made it worse is that when it came time to choose photos, I truly feel like she intentionally selected the worst possible ones when I know there were much better options taken during the session. Overall, this was a frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing experience. The rude attitude alone was enough to make sure I will never return. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.

My mom was visiting from Hawaii for only 2 days and Margaret did everything she could to book me a session during one of those days. I am so grateful and my mom loves the pictures that resulted. It was a park day and Margaret and Andre were absolutely phenomenal. They were patient with my son (then about 18 months old) who decide he would rather not smile or sit. Margaret is really picky about the photos (in a good way!) which is nice because then you don't feel like the picky mom trying to dictate the photo shoot. Instead she wanted to try a few more shots and was helpful with keeping my son entertained and smiling. Because Margaret and Andre were about to take a long trip for the holidays, they made every effort to do a quick turn around on the photo prints. The photo quality was top notch!
