Five stars all the way!

Our wedding at the Sci Fi Wedding Chapel at Bally's Resort and Casino was exceptional! My husband and I are Sci Fi fans and wanted to perform our own marriage "skit" aboard the Bridge of the Starship Enterprise. It was silly, we know, but this wasn't our first "rodeo" in the marriage department and we wanted it to be memorable. Our hosts, Alexis and Cassondra, let us come in the day before to check out the sound system and rehearse, and on the day of, they were there to help us every step of the way. The communication and support was exceptional! Now, every wedding isn't without a last minute crisis (my husband left his backpack in the corridor where his entrance was to be and it was taken by security 2 minutes before the wedding with his costume and wallet inside)...and it's a real testament to our crew that we were able to postpone the wedding in a fun-filled way until we could get up to the security office and get his confiscated stuff! Our officiant, Mr. Spock and photographer, John, entertained our guests until we were finally ready to walk down the isle! And what a memorable walk it was into the Cosmic Marriage Vortex!

Me and my husband got married two days ago, after being together 8 years, this place is awesome! I was so nervous and wanted to cry, all the staff were incredible! They all rocked! My ceremony was more than I was expecting, and best of all, closer friends and family were there for us on that special day. I am so glad that we made the decision to get married here instead of having a traditional wedding! We love kiss and rock and roll, in fact that was one of the things that made us fell in love of each other. Bad ass! Cool! And really rock and roll!!

We had a blast renewing our vows for our 11 year anniversary. All of the staff involved were great!

It seems like they do back to back ceremonies, so before the ceremony we got a vague wait for the wedding coordinator.

We spent over $10,000 total, yet the level of planning and coordination was poor throughout. The officiant at Paris Las Vegas was disorganized and unprofessional, repeatedly making mistakes during the ceremony. On top of that, the ceremony was set up facing directly into the sun, leaving guests uncomfortable and ruining many of our photos--something that could have easily been avoided with basic planning. Our photographer was fantastic, but the setup by the venue made it impossible to capture these moments properly. At Carmine's, the restaurant refused to seat our guests until we arrived, even though they knew we were in the middle of photos, forcing us to cut that time short. The Flamingo was also a disappointment--room block issues, poor room conditions (smoke odors, broken fixtures), and unprofessional staff. Most of these issues were completely preventable. Despite raising all of this, Caesars only offered $150 in compensation, which feels insulting given the impact. This was a once-in-a-lifetime day, and we will never get those moments back. I would not recommend Caesars for a wedding.

We decided to check off a bucket list item on our recent trip to Las Vegas - get married (renew our…read morevows) by an Elvis impersonator, and we had a great experience at Little Church of the West. The entire staff was so nice. Xandri Lim was our wedding consultant. Everyone did a great job engaging us, helping us feel comfortable, and bestowing confidence that we made the right choice. It was fun and not stressful at all. They take care of everything and provide a wealth of information to answer all your questions. They were proactive with pre-event communications and answered questions quickly. You can choose options like limo service, a photo at the Las Vegas sign, video/photos -- I'm sure there is a long list of what they can do to make sure you get exactly what you want. The ceremony was streamed online in real time and many of our friends and family were able to watch from across the country. The viewers said it was easy to follow the link and had no connection issues. This turned out to be an unexpected bonus that added a lot of value. We received a link and information to share a couple of days in advance. Elvis did a great job - and had a great voice! He will sing your Elvis song of choice - we chose A Little Less Talk He has the standard vows you can recite or you can provide your own - or a combination. The photographer was friendly and efficient. We were able to review our photos in a comfortable room with a large monitor shortly after the ceremony and offered a couple of packages for purchase. The video and photos were emailed to us later in the day with a link to follow and download. Photos are high resolution and can be blown up to as large as poster size without any degradation in quality. We were married in the cute little wood chapel. We didn't have a wedding party or guests. It looks like the chapel can seat several dozen people if you're having a full wedding. There is also a small covered "garden" space outside but make sure you check the level the Vegas heat before selecting that option. The whole affair took about 30 minutes - check-in, ceremony, photo review... They are efficient and we never felt rushed. It can be expensive (aren't all weddings?) especially if you buy add-ons such as ceremony photos, a picture at the Las Vegas sign, limo service, make-up, etc. Bring cash for the ceremony charge, minister, and tips. You can charge the video and photos to a credit card. We feel we received great value from the whole experience and professionalism of the entire team. It was a memorable event and a highlight of this trip to Vegas.

The customer service we received was great, everyone was very nice and the photographer we had, Jake was great. One thing that isn't abundantly clear when you reserve is the cost of the wedding photo packages. Its not mentioned at all in the agreement that was sent once reserving the ceremony and the reviews I read never mentioned it either. We were offered 2 different packages: Package 1: $800 (*$600 including the $200 discount that came with our package) It came with a link to a virtual album that was emailed to you within 24 hrs of getting married which also included a video of your ceremony Package 2: $900 (*$700 with the discount we got with our package) It came with a link to a virtual album that was emailed to you within 24 hrs of getting married, and it also came with a lifetime guarantee that they would keep your photos, and you could contact them at anytime to recover your photos for any reason. According to another review those figures are negotiable, which was a surprise to me because that was not offered as an option when we were there. I'm not naive enough to expect we were going to be given those photos for free, but the cost of it was a little bit of a blind side. Overall, The ceremony was great. Ultimately we did end up paying for one of the photo packages because who doesn't want photos from their wedding?

They provided clear guidance on what we needed to handle and stayed consistent with thoughtful follow-ups throughout the entire process. Not only are they professional, but they're also genuinely kind people. When we finally met in person, it felt like reconnecting with old friends rather than meeting vendors for the first time. I knew my request for blue roses in my bouquet would be challenging, so I tried to stay flexible and open to alternatives. But on the day of the wedding, they truly exceeded my expectations--they somehow made the impossible happen! I didn't even realize the blue roses were hand-crafted until later. It turned out to be even more special because I was able to take them home, and they've become my forever mini bouquet. We are so grateful for the care, creativity, and dedication they put into making our day perfect. Thank you for giving us memories we'll cherish for a lifetime!

Title: Extremely Disappointed - Unacceptable Treatment by Security…read more I have worked as a concierge on the Las Vegas Strip for 22 years and currently sit on the board of the Southern Nevada Concierge Association. I am very familiar with hospitality standards in this city, which is why I am beyond appalled at the treatment my family received during my brother's wedding at The Little White Chapel. We had arranged transportation that included limousines and a party bus. Our party bus briefly parked near the chapel for guest drop-off. Immediately, the on-site security guard began aggressively yelling at our drivers, using vulgar and inappropriate language. Instead of calmly directing traffic, he escalated the situation with hostility. As a result, our guests -- dressed in formal wedding attire -- were forced to walk nearly a block and a half. The tone and language used toward both the drivers and our family members was completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat wedding guests on what should be one of the most special days of their lives. When asked his name, the security guard clearly stated, "My name is Edward. Please make sure you have it correct." Now, whether that is his real name, I do not know -- but that was the name he provided. When I personally asked him why he was speaking to people in such a disrespectful manner, his response was, "If you don't like it, you could've chose another place to go to." That statement alone speaks volumes about the level of professionalism being displayed. In today's economy, with a noticeable decrease in visitors and revenue across the Las Vegas Strip, businesses cannot afford to have representatives treating paying guests in this way. Word travels fast in this city -- especially within the hospitality and concierge community. We are already in the process of advising our clients not to book here and explaining exactly why. When we attempted to address the situation with other employees, they were clearly very busy and unavailable to discuss the matter. I understand that operations can get hectic, especially at a high-volume wedding chapel. However, when concerns cannot be addressed in person, guests are often left with no choice but to express their experience publicly through reviews and social media. We absolutely have the right to speak truthfully about how we were treated. Weddings are emotional, meaningful events. People spend very good money for the Las Vegas wedding experience, and every part of that experience -- including security -- should reflect professionalism and respect. Because of this incident, I cannot in good conscience continue referring guests from the hotels I work with to this chapel. One individual's behavior can significantly damage a business's reputation. Until meaningful changes are made regarding security and guest treatment, I do not recommend this facility.
