It's very convenient because I can schedule pickups, drop offs, and track when they are close by all through the app. They cover everything from bleaching whites, using sensitive skin detergent, folding everything, and drying on the setting I want. I always schedule them when I get back from a business trip so I can unpack my luggage directly into my laundry bags for pickup. I always look forward to my folded clothes being delivered in a clear bag. My laundry smells great and feels great too. These people work so hard and free up so much of my time. Everyone I've interacted with has been very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new laundry pickup delivery service. Reasonably priced and reliable! I haven't been inside their facility before but I'm sure it's great.

When I first encountered them I was looking for a fluff and fold that was close and affordable that I could try. A place that worked with my schedule. I must admit I wasn't expecting the royal treatment. I came in and was met by this amazing man named "Chris". Talk about great customer service. Chris makes you feel at home and comfortable, such a gentleman. I was able to have a great conversation and get my clothes taken in and got a receipt with pick up time for the next day. When i came to pick up my clothes, I was shocked. My clothes came back to me on hangers with plastic over it for care and some came back to me nice and neatly folded. I thought they had given me the wrong order, but nope it was mine. I asked is this how the clothes come back to all the customers? And the resonating "yes" made me feel even better about Super Suds. When I got home and opened the bags of clothes that were nicely folded it smelled wonderful. All the socks had been put together, the unmentionables were together so all i had to do was put them in the correct drawer. This place again is amazing. I for one am a total fan. It's affordable, the quality and care put into the washing and folding when I get my items back each and every time is great. Thank you and I look forward to my next service.

I used to live across the street from this laundromat and loved coming here. The employees were always friendly, and I never had any problems. After moving away, I came back for the first time in over a year, and my experience was completely different. On my first visit back, the very tall woman who works there came over and told us we couldn't keep the laundry cart. That's completely understandable, but the way she spoke to us was unnecessarily rude. Her tone was disrespectful and made me feel like I was being scolded instead of simply being informed. Then she started yelling because she thought I had gone into the restroom with my boyfriend. She was so loud that everyone could hear her. Ironically, the restroom itself was filthy. I remember telling my boyfriend, "This place is nothing like I remember. The employees used to be so kind." A week later, my boyfriend returned by himself to do laundry and had another rude interaction with that same very tall woman. After hearing about it, I suggested we stop coming here. However, we still had money left on our laundry card, so we decided to give the laundromat one last chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be our worst experience. We started our laundry around 8:05p.m., loaded the washers, waited in our car, and came back to dry our clothes. We set the dryer for an hour and returned around 9:50 p.m. When we took our clothes out, several items were still damp. Rather than complain or ask for a refund, I simply asked my boyfriend to go to the car to get our laundry card so we could pay for more drying time. When he tried to come back inside, the man with glasses and salt and pepper hair told him he wasn't allowed back in if he had left the building. My boyfriend explained that he would only step out to get the laundry card. We weren't asking for free drying time or a refund. Instead of listening, the man with glasses and salt and pepper hair suddenly yelled at me, "If you had been here earlier, none of this would have happened." I was honestly shocked. I have worked in customer service for 14 years, and I have never spoken to a customer that way. The sign clearly states that the last dry is no later than 10:00 p.m. We came back at 9:50 p.m. to pick up clothes that should have already been dry. The issue was with the dryer, not because we arrived too late. I never asked for compensation or special treatment. The hostility was completely unnecessary. At that point, I asked him who he thought he was talking to like that, and instead of calming the situation, the man started yelling even more. I eventually raised my voice too because this was our third visit where we had been spoken to with complete disrespect. I had simply had enough. Most people go to a laundromat to wash their clothes, fold them, and leave. No one expects to be yelled at or treated like they're an inconvenience. To the owner: I encourage you to take these reviews seriously. When multiple customers are describing similar experiences with the same employees, it's worth addressing. Respectful customer service goes a long way. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I'll be letting friends and family know about my experience. Terrible customer service!

I'm not washing anything belonging to my dog. I'm washing MY clothes. And to tell me I have to wash my stuff in the dogs only washer is ridiculous. Maybe it's better if you had the app. It was nice to even walk next door as there's a little park where you could get some air and enjoy the day. Plenty of seating if you wanted to stay at the place. It's a nice clean neighborhood laundry mat where it seems to be the locals that frequently visits it.

And the attendant doesn't use up too many machines when the spot is busy. Usually a quick trip because the washer is about 20 minutes and the dryer is 20 something minutes too. The staff will open the bathroom for you if you're a customer.

This place is fine to do laundry... but it is absolutely disgusting when it comes to the vending and food machines they provide. I was there a while back doing laundry and my son bought a hot chocolate from the machine. It was too hot to drink to him so I took the first drink. I swallowed it and it was lumpy and I first thought it was the powder u til I felt a crunch and a disgusting taste. When I swirled the cup a little I seen several COCKROACHES. Some dead, some alive, some partially there. I was so fucking disgusted and threw up for days. I can't get over it and I will never be able to drink hot chocolate again or buy from any machine... I was given an excuse that the roach must have came from outside. But how would 6+ roaches get into my cup in seconds of purchasing it? And then all the owner did was give me an OJ and some free candy "to wash it down" he said "oh it's ok it's extra protein". I also had another experience where I paid money into three machine that didn't work and the lady on duty just opened one machine up to load another load in but never gave me a refund for the other two and told me come back to get a free wash and when I came back I was given the run around and in the end never got a refund or free wash read more

My 5 Stars is for 'Love Laundry' Laundromat, located at 6663 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach. It's such a GREAT place for me to do my laundry. It is always very clean, and the staff (especially Matt) is very courteous, helpful, friendly, and just nice. A HUGE plus, is that drying your clothes is FREE, and FREE WIFI. Epic laundromat! Plenty of spots to wash, didn't have to wait at all. Free drying is super awesome. And the staff member I met, Jessie, was great people and awesome help. Trying to steal those pennies lost them a good customer. It makes me sad because I used to send everyone here. Fool me once, shame on you. Not getting the chance to fool me again.

Sometimes we come early Monday and Fridays and it's a bit more busier. Some dryers and washers aren't always working from time to time but overall most are in good condition. We usually do a medium load and it's $4.50 and we do 2-3 loads at a time. Dryer is $.25 cents for 10 minutes. They have the option to do quarters still but I love the pay range app that we can use now. All you need to do is download the app and upload cash to it and you can use it for the washers and dryers instead of carrying around cash to get quarters. The workers are really friendly as well and keep everything running smoothly. If you get hungry while waiting there's a fantastic burger down the way which is .

The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff. After being a dedicated customer for years, I don't understand why the service has become so unprofessional and dismissive. I really hope they can get back to the quality they used to provide.
