So we just walked in and they said they'd be ready in an hour. Score! I also had a couple repairs; a narrow omega chain I crimped, a stone remount, and some rhodium plating. They did all that very quickly and I'm happy with the workmanship. It is very nice to have a local jeweler with a highly experienced bench jeweler on site. Aside from all that, the people who work there have great attitudes and are very personable. I have a few loose stones I intend to mount and will be working with them for some custom work. I very much appreciated the good service and the sensitivity they showed. The owner went out of his way to give me as much as he could for the jewelry I had to sell, and was even concerned about my situation and asked me questions about it. (which was very kind of him.) I had no intention of discussing my situation. I was just going to sell what I needed to sell and go, but it just came out, and again they were all very helpful and kind about it. I grew up in the area, and myself, my wife, and other family members have done business with this store for decades one way or another.
