By chance I found Roy from Seal Stone Unlimited. He was super knowledgeable about the different types of issues when it comes to marble and knew not only how to safely remove the etch, but also how to protect it from continuing to happen. Unfortunately sealing stone only protects marble from "stains" not "etches" so I needed a better solution. Seal Stone uses a clear film that they apply to the marble and makes it nearly impossible to stain or etch. Roy took a thin layer off the top of my table to remove the etch, brought the shine back up, and applied the protective film. The polish combined with the shine of the protective film honestly makes the table look even more beautiful than it originally did as it was somewhat dull before. The film was not cheap, but considering this is my kitchen table, I needed a solution that would allow me not to worry when anything spilled on the table and this was it. Highly recommend Seal Stone - extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Because of their expertise, and, luckily for us, it was within the right time frame, they were able to dry up the ceiling and walls without doing any unnecessary work. This was the second time we used RDC. First time was in 2019 when we got a washer from Costco. While installing the washer, the Costco staff caused a leak from our laundry room to the basement and we needed mold remediation then. I hired this company on 9/20/22 for a stall shower repair after a call with Cary (owner), where he…read morestated "they only specialize in tiles grouting repair/cleaning and been doing this for years". Cary said they guarantee their work for 10 years. He came on time on the scheduled date - (the only positive comment here...that's the 1 star is for). However, after he finished the job I noticed that the old grout was not removed, the walls of the shower was NOT done at all, there were apparently large parts of the tiles just left with the old grout, and No sealant was put (contrary to what he said over the phone)! When I asked why? He said the quote given is not for such a job (really???) He charged me $325 in CASH - which I paid, and literally after a week or so after my tenant started to use the shower, guess what: whatever materials/color he used started to crack & come out, leaving the shower tiles worse than it was before (SEE PICS below). When I called/texted him (more than 4 times over the course of 2 weeks) he never returned my calls/emails.... I asked for either the job RE-DONE or a refund be issued. NO response whatsoever to date.
