Thank you Lindsey! You have done it again! Last year, I called this place, as it was closest to where my Sister lives (I live out of state). I told her what I wanted, and they made the arrangement. I love that they give you updates via email and text on delivery, and picture of final piece being delivered. This year, a few days before my Sister's birthday, I got a "reminder text" from Lindsey telling me I ordered from them last year for her, and if I wanted to reorder. This was very much appreciated, as I absolutely did! Again, told her what colors I wanted, and she did same as above. My Sister told, BOTH times, she LOVED them! Thanks so much for making my Sister happy on her birthday (BOTH years)!! Highly recommend!! read more

I've been a customer for a while and have always been happy with my orders, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time, the quality of the flowers was very poor. The hydrangeas and peonies were already wilting, and by the next day they were completely dead. The arrangement didn't even last two days in my home -- the only flowers that survived were the dried ones. I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time, but the quality did not match the price that was paid. For what I spent, I expected much better freshness and longevity. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control during peak seasons, as this experience did not reflect the standards I was used to. Photo is after 6 days. I was looking for a florist in the Newport area (to send flowers to my boss) and stumbled upon Flower Synergy! The reviews were great, pictures were beautiful, and seemed reasonably priced! We did just a standard arrangement and it was GORGEOUS! My boss was absolutely awed by the delivery she received. The communication was great - I placed my order online on a Wednesday night, Thursday morning I received a text message with a photo of the bouquet from the florist, and then an hour later it was delivered. Nothing is worse than sending a friend flowers and the delivery looks nothing like you expected. I've been trying to find a good local florist after some fails and am so pleased with this place! Ordered a last minute custom arrangement for a birthday and it turned out so beautiful! Staff was very friendly and communicative. Also very fairly priced for this area. The special flowers in the bouquet were not available but they substituted them with another kind and also upgraded the bouquet by adding more flowers. They sent a photo and it looked very nice. We wanted to send flowers to my MIL for her 87th birthday. I didn't want to use a nationwide florist, as I'm never confident that I'll get what I ordered. Flower Synergy was pretty close to where they live, so I chose them. They sent me a picture of the bouquet before they went out for delivery. They arrived right on time at the park where we had our event, and set up everything up quickly. The bounce house we got with the slide was large and spacious, a great deal for the price. Pickup was just a few minutes after the window they gave (not a big deal), but the guys who did the drop off and pick up were very polite and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.

On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

He was incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and helped with details I wouldn't have even thought about. When the weather started looking iffy, I thought I might have to cancel, but Kirk was super flexible, offering advice and reassuring me he could reschedule or refund if needed. Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. He showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless.
