I've been a customer for a while and have always been happy with my orders, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time, the quality of the flowers was very poor. The hydrangeas and peonies were already wilting, and by the next day they were completely dead. The arrangement didn't even last two days in my home -- the only flowers that survived were the dried ones. I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time, but the quality did not match the price that was paid. For what I spent, I expected much better freshness and longevity. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control during peak seasons, as this experience did not reflect the standards I was used to. Photo is after 6 days. I also texted them my concerns and no reply back.

Thank you Lindsey! You have done it again! Last year, I called this place, as it was closest to where my Sister lives (I live out of state). I told her what I wanted, and they made the arrangement. I love that they give you updates via email and text on delivery, and picture of final piece being delivered. This year, a few days before my Sister's birthday, I got a "reminder text" from Lindsey telling me I ordered from them last year for her, and if I wanted to reorder. This was very much appreciated, as I absolutely did! Again, told her what colors I wanted, and she did same as above. My Sister told, BOTH times, she LOVED them! Thanks so much for making my Sister happy on her birthday (BOTH years)!! Highly recommend!! read more

I was looking for a florist in the Newport area (to send flowers to my boss) and stumbled upon Flower Synergy! The reviews were great, pictures were beautiful, and seemed reasonably priced! We did just a standard arrangement and it was GORGEOUS! My boss was absolutely awed by the delivery she received. The communication was great - I placed my order online on a Wednesday night, Thursday morning I received a text message with a photo of the bouquet from the florist, and then an hour later it was delivered. The special flowers in the bouquet were not available but they substituted them with another kind and also upgraded the bouquet by adding more flowers. They sent a photo and it looked very nice. The order process was extremely simple, the products were very affordable and the flowers were delivered within 4 hours of me placing the initial order online, never speaking with anyone directly at the company. They also sent me notifications when the bouquet was completed (it was gorgeous), including a photo, out for delivery and then delivered. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

It was within a day that I had heard a friend had lost his mother. We were directed not to attend the funeral because it was just immediate family. So I didn't know what to do because the funeral was within a day. I'm a little old school so I thought online wouldn't make the delivery in a day. So I look all over yelp and came across Flower synergy. The gal on the phone was very polite I really appreciate all the help and fast service. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars, is because I couldn't attend the funeral so I left my trust in them being that this is there business and know what type of flowers to set up for funerals. I received a email with a photo of the flowers and I noticed they were in a glass vase. It's very difficult to bring a glass vase and lay on a burial area. So I was a little disappointed that I wish they would have made a display that they could of laid the flowers on the casket or on the grass area, not a vase that later I found out that it kept falling. I'm not a professional in flowers but flowers for a funeral should be different arrangements. Other than that good service. Hopefully it's my last funeral I would have to send flowers. read more

I am a very happy customer! I'll use flower synergy again over all the florists in the area or the online ones. They really know what they are doing. The floral arrangements were just BEAUTIFUL, not too much either. It was just perfect! I got valentines bouquet in a bundle/sac and it was prettier than the pictures they had on their website. This is the single best flower shop in Newport Beach. The designs here are top notch. All high end products with all the little details. The flowers are well processed with no extra leaves or thorns.
