Worst manicure EVER. The lady cut my cuticles really bad. She didn't know to cut them at all. She completely missed the cuticle on my index finger. I asked to have another person do my feet because I was afraid for her to touch me again. They didn't offer a discount or anything, in fact they charged me more because I got a buff instead of polish. I will NEVER go back. Beware of this place. read more

I went to this nail salon one time before and Larry did my nails he did a great job I got SNS powder with a soft white color. I came again a second time on March 10 and Andy did my nails him he didn't know what he was doing. He cut my finger up, he broke two of my nails, and when he had the nail drill file he cut me on my finger so I have two cuts and two broken nails I did not pay for the service because I didn't feel like it was worth paying for now I have a big gash in my finger and can't even get my nails done for tomorrow because I'm scared of the infection it might cause. I can't tell you not to go there, but I would reconsider this nail salon. read more

I would like to start by saying the salon looks nice. It was remodeled and they use individual packs for files, buffers and the pumice for each customer. My regular shop was busy and I needed a pedi and lashes quickly before my trip. I got a deluxe pedi($32 advertised)with my own polish from home and strip lashes($16). The service went as expected and the tech was very friendly. As she was doing my pedicure, she cut my big toe. Seriously took a decent chunk... It bled up until it was time to polish(approximately 15 minutes) even with her efforts to stop it. She continued with the pedi, massaging the blood in with the scrub and lotions included with the deluxe pedi. After she finished, she rinsed the metal tools in my dirty water and put them back in the container she originally pulled them from. At the start of the pedi, she pulled them from that container and simply sprayed it with alcohol. Immediately after the polish, I was sent to the back room to have my lashes applied. This part of the service was quick but I could definitely tell that they prefer to do individual lashes. When I got to the register, not only did she not attempt to compensate me for butchering my toe, I was charged for a classic pedi w/gel($40) and lashes($16). The total was about what I usually pay so I didn't notice until I got to my car. Once in the sunlight, I saw that my feet looked worse than before I arrived. She didn't pumice my heel well and didn't use any oil or lotion at the end of the pedi. My feet were dry and the only other difference from when I arrived was the chunk missing from my toe and the fresh polish. Needless to say, I didn't tip and will NEVER return! I can truly say I LOVE SYLENA(pedicure)!! and Now I am in love with Lee(gel manicure). I have not been going to Love Nails and Spa long, but I have been a customer of Sylena's for almost 10 years and she never disappointment me. My last visit, I went in the get a refill on my nails, by Lee, whom was recommended to me. She did a great job and she took her time. The restroom was clean and the service is the best. This salon has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I visited the salon due to the location being near my home and I would I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I have paid for service that they've failed to provide and when verbalizing this to management instead of rectifying the issue I was treated poorly and made to wait an exorbitant amount of time to even proceed with resolution as a paying customer. read more

The customer service varies by person. Pedicure is $20. If you are paying with a card you must tell them how much you are going to tip before they run your card through the machine. No scrub on your legs. Because they do not put bags in the tub I hope they clean the bowls good. I will come back to give it another try but not the same lady! One great thing is she was quick, maybe a little too quick but quick lol. I had to come back for an update because my friend that got an acrylic done already broke a nail. Driving all around this shopping area, we stopped at 3 other nail salons that all had long wait times before we ended up at Majestic. We got right in and both got pedicures and gel manicures in good time and at a good price. The girl who did my nails wasn't as good as my girl at home, but she certainly wasn't terrible. And she was nice, as was the male... manager? UPDATE: Three days later and my pedicure has already started to chip on several nails. Also my gel manicure! I have been here 2-3 times, but after my last experience I will not return. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they are not skilled. First, I chose SNS as I always do if I have the option. The lady who did my nails took a really long time and complained about "how my nails grow" making it difficult for her to shape the SNS. She is the 1st person who has ever had that level of difficulty. Second, I was relatively pleased that they had an extensive selection of SNS colors. A lot of places don't. I chose a color. When she returned with the color, she informed me it would "only be $5 more" for that color since it was glow in the dark. What a scam! You might be able to guess that the polish doesn't actually glow-in-the-dark. So, either they just wanted a way to scam another $5 out of me or they don't know the proper technique to activate the glow-in-the-dark property. Neither speaks highly of the establishment. Third, I also received a pedicure. It was mostly good except the part where the man trimmed my cuticles. It's two days later and a few of my toes are still sore. This is by far the worst nail experience I have ever had- I recently moved to Atlanta and have been looking for a consistent high quality nail tech. I called love nails on 1-2-2021 at 6:15 to see if I could get in for a French tip full set and a pedicure. I had two men help me with my pedicure and my nails. I was worried about the French tips more than my pedicure because it's winter and my toes will not be seen as much. It is now 1-4-2021, and my toe nail polish has already chipped not even 48 hours later, I am pretty sure it's not even gel polish even though they charged me for it. However that is not my issue- I was in the shop until 10:30, they close at 8:30. The first man who worked on my nails put my top coat on and when it cured it had air bubbles in the pink and white part of my nails. When I tried to explain to him he said I needed another top coat and it would go away. He did that and it did not so he insisted on hand painting the white tip as if that would take away the bubbles and of course it did not. I told him I wanted my nails fixed how I asked them to be and told him I was not happy. He then had another nail tech come over and look at my nails. He said he would fix them. He filed my nails down and did another top coat and put me under the uv light. It still looked the same. At this point it was about 8:45 there were three customers left and the employees were getting ready to go. The nail tech told me that I would need to come back Monday or Tuesday to have my nails fixed if I wasn't happy with them. I told him that was fine but I would not be paying for them tonight because I had been in the salon for over two hours and had two nail techs work on my nails and they still couldn't fix something simple. He said I have to pay- I told him he could take the nails off because it's not what I wanted and nobody has corrected the issue. Then I had another nail tech- Lindsey say she would stay late and fix them. She had to soak the nails off and start over she used the powder and shaped the tips on her own. They looked good until the next morning when they air bubbles are back again. Not to mention a brown spot under my nails- I haven't had any nails on for two months so there is no way it would be from previous nails. I called 1-3-2021 and asked to speak to the owner and explained what had happened she said she is only available on a limited schedule and she's the only one allowed to fix my nails. I am coming in today to either have the nails taken off or fixed whichever. I really just want French tips it shouldn't be that hard- I still tipped them after all the trouble and the original nail tech didn't apologize let alone acknowledge me after I asked them to fix them. I had the owner do my nails on a Saturday morning before my nieces baby shower. I paid for a fill-in, gel polish and cat eye on 4 finger nails. When I left things were fine. As the day progressed I noticed my nails had begun to randomly chip. It was small on one so I didn't make a huge deal, then I started to notice literally all my nails were peeling. The polish was peeling right off. I was so annoyed I just wanted my money back. I had been here about 4 times over the last 4 months and this was upsetting. Twice I've been in this shop and watched ppl run out on their services and watched technicians complain about how poorly they were tipped. Always paid my bill and always tipped no less than $10 for any service. I went in when they opened the next day and showed the manager my nails and let him know I didn't want him to fix anything, I simply did not care for the poor service and wanted my money back and he refused. He told me, they don't refund and I'd have to allow him to fix it. I declined and the manager kept telling me it was something I did to cause the peeling! It wasn't even 24 hours! This upset and I persisted. He kept saying I can't refund all your money because I used my product to fill your nails in! He wanted to still charge me for the fill in and refund the gel polish! A fill in that had to be replaced a week later because of lifting. After going back and forth for about 10 mins he knew I wasn't leaving without my money or calling the police. Eventually he only refunded me $20 of the $42 ($32 + $10 tip). This was horrible service and I had to pay almost double to have their poor work repaired only a week later. Not worth the money or hassle. Find another place to go. read more

I picked one of the already designed mannequin hands and said "this is what I want" ...I was told no prob, just give it to the person. The guy that started my nails obviously wasn't skilled for nude, white, rhinestone, design & 2 metallic pinkies because he kept asking me questions and I didn't understand why...the hand is what I want, minus the pinky charm. Anyway, by the time he attempted and along with obvious miscommunication, misrepresenting, I left there with 10 metallic nails...NO, he did NOT understand the assignment. Pedi was good but I'm tired of them thinking because they did what I asked for there should be tips...that's for ABOVE & BEYOND service. I was in town for a business trip and needed to get my nails done. I splurged for the dip gel nails. I have never had the dipped nails (with no LED light) done before; however, I am a regular for shellac. I did not like how thick they turned out. I don't want nails to look fake and when they are thicker they tend to look false. About a week after I had my nails done the base started to uplift. I have had them on 2 weeks tomorrow and I am going to have to get them done again since they are uplifting at the base. They were supposed to last three weeks. I would recommend upgrading to the dipper nails they don't last longer if anything not as long as shellac. read more

I went in yesterday to get a color change on toes and nails, as I have done before. After waiting for a few minutes I was told to go sit in the back. Once seated a very short guy came over to examine my toes and nails and said my nails needed to be done not just a color change. I said okay but Tom can do my nails, and asked him to do my toes. He said "No, Tom can do it all." I told him anyone can do my toes, as he continued to walk away from me to go help the person that came in after me. I went back to the front and told the lady that sits to the left side what happen, and she said yes they prefer whoever is doing nails to also do your toes. WOW they truly don't understand the meaning of "customer service". I am - sorry was a customer who had been going there for under a year. Last time I went someone did my toes and Tom did my nails, no problem that day. But yesterday was really unbelievable. I sat for a few minutes after she said that, processed it, then walked out. There was no wait, they were super attentive (I had a cough because I had the flu) and offered me mints and water, and I loved their color selections. Wait was very short on a Friday late afternoon. The lady didn't ask which pedicure I wanted, the lady doing my daughters asked her if she wanted the sea salt, so I told my lady that I would like that too, but she was already past that step. She did give me the sea salt but It was very rushed. She then clipped my toenail down extremely short, it started burning immediately, especially when they put the different lotions and liquids on. I told her it hurt and she realized it was bleeding and said "oh my god, what happened" she never admitted fault. I don't know what she did, but the inside of my toe is hurt too. I was being polite but she was annoyed because what I was asking her for was against policy... This was my first time coming to this location, I was in need of a fill in, so I chose to come to camp creek since it's close to where I live. I came in was greeted soon as I walked in, sat down for a minute and immediately was started on. The service was pretty decent for a walk in. Although I probably wouldn't go back. The service here is pretty good. The wait is never long, maybe 5-6 minutes on weekends. They have a full staff. If you get pedicures, there are at least 6 people doing pedicures at one time (not moving to other stations) so your wait won't be long. They have a wide variety of colors, and also do SNS nails! The prices are pretty decent. $20-$35 depending on what type of set you get. (Acrylic, Gel, SNS, ect.) There is always parking, being that it is located in Camp Creek marketplace (very convenient for shopping as well). read more

Horrible experience. I went in to get one nail repair cut down and gel color. It is unfortunate that when you go into the door of the nail salon & request services they suggest what you need done. I asked for what Needed, Then proceed to the chair the nail tech lady expresses that I need to redo my nails there are only four day old fill-in. All I asked for again was to have my 1 nail repaired, cut down & gel color. So services are being completed she says it's going to be $25. ??? That is the same price of a fill-in that I did not ask for or receive. So the question becomes how much will it be for what I asked for with regular polish and it came out to $15. So I am paying you extra money for what reason?? So then she proceeds to speak in their native tongue to one another. I do not tolerate disrespect when I am paying for a service. I left the love nails without my nails painted. And I expressed to anyone who visits them to check out their body language & tone when wanting to have services done. I went to the shop when they opened in the morning and in the middle of the week, so it was not busy at all. I felt rushed to pick a color and get started. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My manicure was over in what seemed like 5 minutes. Very short and several steps were not done. My pedicure took longer, but when she was done, I was rushed to move from the chair. There was no one else in the shop waiting. My polish promptly messed up from moving which they fixed, but then rushed me again to move. I left with polish already messed up, but at that point I did not care to go back. I was asked several times about adding services, but the staff seemed to be struggling with the basics I asked for. I was not about to pay for an extra service to not be done well. Also, both ladies working on my hands and feet made several comments in their native language while pointing to me. They could have been talking about anything, but it is rude to make someone feel uncomfortable. Especially when they are taking my money. My gel manicure started chipping 3 days later.
