I've been coming here for years, but after this last experience, I won't be back. I walked in without an appointment and was told only one person was available. I agreed, assuming a simple powder set wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, she clearly didn't know what she was doing--my nails were bulky, uneven, and powder was dripping off the sides. I showed her a reference photo, and she still got it wrong. I politely asked if someone else could fix them. I was told to come back six hours later, even though I was in obvious discomfort and had plans. I stayed calm and asked multiple times for help, but was ignored. When I asked to speak with the owner or get a contact, they refused. Eventually someone fixed my nails, but my fingers were left sore and cut from removing the excess powder. I've never had such a painful and frustrating experience. Completely unprofessional. read more

Whoever the nail tech sitting next to Lin is, she's hands down the worst one there. I had an awful experience with her. It took her over an hour and a half just to do a basic overall color on my short nails because she was too busy chatting with her coworkers and watching on her phone the entire time. She was so aggressive and cut me five different times on both hands, and when I pointed it out at the end, she laughed in my face. I asked her to shorten both pinkies, she said she'd do it at the end and never did. One of my thumbnails was super thick, and when I asked her to file it down more, she dismissed me and said, "No it's good." I left with cuts, bleeding fingers, and a terrible attitude from her. New to the area and been on the hunt for a nail salon. I found this place and made an appt. I couldn't get service! Made an appt for 5:15 and was barely acknowledged. It's 5:40 & I just left, after being ignored when I tried to ask how long. They were too busy to care. Left and made an appt somewhere else. Its a shame for them because I'm a fairly good tipper. I had recently posted a review about my recent visit and after I called to complain I asked for a refund they agreed as long as they can remove my nails. I showed up and one of the ladies noticed and first thing she requested was for me remove the review. I told her that it was not an option and I just wanted to remove my nails and get my refund. Then a few of the other ladies spoke up and continued to ask for me to remove the review. I told them I will think about it while they remove my nails. As one of the girls started the process she continued to ask that I remove and will not finish until I agreed. She then kept insisting she redo my nails but as I told her no. one of the ladies stood by the door begging to remove the review. Honestly at that point I felt so uncomfortable and harassed. I allowed her to redo my nails because they will not leave me alone and just do what I ask. The nails she had redone came off 3 days later. So unhappy and will never go back. I have concluded that they care more about squeezing in as many clients as they can, while disregarding repeat customers or giving great service to ensure a repeat. I received a pedicure two weeks ago. My friend comes here frequently so I decided fo try it out. Big mistake, I will never leave my normal salon ever again. The lady who did it hurt me. I said ouch and she continued to dig into the side of my toenail. Well anyways 2 weeks later and I have developed a massive infection. However, I get manicure she took forever to apply it (2 hrs ) to remove acrylic and apply simple gel. I've come here 3 times now for a pedicure, and each time my toes have been super sloppy and not cut straight. The last two times I've had the same tech. She's tried to get me out of the chair while my nails are visibly smudged. When I point them out to her, she just paints over them and makes them worse.
