Awesome place! I have been to many places in NY and FL and this salon is one of the best. The man who did my acrylic set was funny! and gentle on my hands. I've been to places that tear your hands apart and rush through clients. The pedicure was also great- very thorough and relaxing. They use liners for the tubs and sterilize the tools. On 7/21/16 I made an appointment and ask to see Mai because of a prior bad experience I had. When I arrived, the receptionist was wonderful smiled and greeted me. I spoke to Mai and told her I was there to see her. Alarmed she said, "me, oh no!" I was taken by surprise and tried to explain that although I had not been there for awhile I requested for her to do my mani, pedi. Mai rushed through my nails, no massage and did not finish cleaning up the gel she applied. I brought it to her attention and she yelled at me exclaiming, "mam, I will clean it up". Embarrassed by how she spoke to me, I stayed quiet. She rushed through my pedicure and did a terrible job. She took my full payment and before leaving, I told her how she made me feel. Instead of apologizing, the batch took my money and asked me not to come back. No one should ever be treated this poorly by a merchant. read more

Don't go in without an appointment on a Sunday and happen to be a guy. They will ignore you (over an hour) are there and let other customers without appointments go ahead of you. Really crappy ran place. No clue how their work is, will never know. read more

I was highly disappointed, after all the great reviews I saw I left there with a confused look on my face. My nail tech and very nice, very personable but also extremely messy. I had the nex gen done. I had a simple plain color and then one nail on each hand with glitter. My nails came out thick and lifted. They came with spots where the powder didn't reach and where she didn't smooth it out. She chopped my fourth fingers acrylic so badly that there's a gap and you can see my real nail coming through. There's three fingers with crooked nails because they weren't glued on properly. I asked her if that was going to be fixed and she just smiled at me like it was. It wasn't. The glue was underneath my skin and she left it there after I told her repeatedly it was there and she would do one finger and forget about the rest. Next day? After getting turned away by another salon for not having an appointment (on a weekday afternoon...), I took my mom here for her first pedicure after finding a coupon for them online. The price was fantastic ($18 with a coupon, $21 without for a pedicure) and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. My mom and I both had a great experience and I will absolutely be coming back. They could have a little bit better color choices, but other than that I have no complaints! read more

Decided to try this place, because of the reviews, as I have been unhappy with my regular salon, for a while, now.. Got an appointment with Minh. Glad I did. Never going back to the other salon again.. I have acrylic over my natural nails. I like pink & white.. He was fast and they're perfect.. Cant say the same about my old salon. A little pricey.. about 10.00 more than I was paying.. But, you get what you pay for right?? He didnt drill out the underside of my nails, like the last person did.. That always worried me.. Worst place ever! I gave it one more chance today. The receptionist told me to go to a certain pedicure chair, and when I got there the technician started yelling in Vietnamese. She continued her tantrum and would not put the plastic on the tub. Another older woman stood with her, apparently she had an appointment. It's funny how about 3 of them spoke to each other in their language, but no one bothered to e plain what was going on. I walked out. I'm done with that place! They suck anyway. I tried this place twice. The first time I did the "upgraded" pedicure and got a crappy massage and the color chipped in two days. Absolutely terrible. The second time I walked in, they asked me to pick a color and told me to sit in Chair #2. I sat down and waited for 1/2 hour without even the foot bath set up. I got up and walked out. The lady at the front said "You don't want to wait?". I was never told there was a wait and no one even acknowledged me sitting there. Terrible customer service. read more

Love coming here. My does my nails and pedicures. She is very good. It doesn't matter who you have though. Everyone is very good. Hannah, Amy, Lisa etc. their prices are reasonable too. They really get to know your name and it becomes like a family. They even celebrated my birthday with a cupcake. They do a very good job for waxing also. Been coming for years. From nails to feet you're gonna love it! it doesn't matter who does them, everyone is fantastic! I highly recommend this place. And if you're not happy, just say something. Wendy gives awesome pedicures! Definitely get the spa foot treatment, it's worth it and when they say lengthy massage they mean it. My legs and feet were in heaven! Very clean and sanitary, I love that they line the pedicure basins each time. The staff is friendly and you can tell by how they joke and call the customers by name that many of the people here are repeat customers, which is always a great sign. HORRIBLE & such a disappointment. 2nd time I've been here within a few months and just completely disappointed. No one listens to what you'd like (ie. round or square nails), they do the however they feel looks good to them. Tried the Nexgen (done by Brandon) b/c receptionist, Stephanie, raved about how great it was and it came out like CRAP. I paid before I saw the final result (my fault!!!) and tried to point out to the owner, Mai, how horrible they looked and she basically dismissed me and said I was spoiled and would not refund my money. I wasted an hour and a half of my time and $30 on a crappy job done and horrible customer service, except for the receptionist who was nice and I could tell she felt bad for me but was scared to speak up and defend me. Will NEVER return and would not recommend, I guess unless you're "picky" as Mai said I was! I wish the pictures I posted would show better how horrible my nails came out! read more

They didn't give me the person I requested when I made the appointment, The colors they recommended were horrible, the pedicure was so bad I had to have it redone just 3 days later. My feet were still rough and the polish chipped in just 3 days. The Next Gen on one of my nails is already snagging and needs to be re-filed down. I complained to the manager the day of the service, but she wouldn't offer anything to make it better. read more

If I could give this business no stars, I would, because the lack of service here is absolutely ridiculous. I came in for a gel manicure on a Saturday afternoon. I specifically asked about a wait time, they said ten to fifteen minutes, so I stayed. Looking around the place, it was clear that it would be much longer yet every person that walked through the door was told a ten to fifteen minute wait. People who had appointments were forced to wait & even walked out. Once I sat down, the women was very rude. She sat next to the register, not sure of her name. She was condescending, nasty & extremely unprofessional. This business is about money & not quality or keeping customers long-term. She rushed through my entire process. I asked to have my nails filed a little short, because I wanted them to look natural & she complained that I was asking for too much. The French tips she painted on we're horrific looking. I asked her to clean them up & she barked at me again. I was told I was "running my mouth"...??? I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Worst experience ever! I would give no stars if I could. Acrylic gel chipped after 1 week. When I called to complain, I was told to come back and they would fix them. After fixing, I was asked to pay $20. Why should I have to pay for a subpar product that doesn't last more than a week. I have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional business owner!! I enjoy coming for my spa day at Love Nails. Everyone is pleasant and happy to relax me. My, the owner, does my pink and white acrylic nails which are the best I've ever had done. I always get great compliments on my nails from friends and even strangers which says a lot about the quality too. The deluxe pedicure is awesome. Love Nails is 5 stars all the way! This is the cleanest, friendliest salon in the area. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have heard other clients say they have been coming for 10+ years. Their prices are competitive with the numerous choices locally, but you get top notch attention. I drive out of the way, past at least 10 other salons to come to Love Nails because they consistently deliver excellent service with the best products. Their pedicure chairs have working massage, clean bowls (and they use a plastic cover each time in addition to cleaning), and the pedicurists give lengthy massage. They are well trained to never be rough or nip you during services. For nails I go to the owner, My, who always makes on point seasonal recommendations for my gel manicures that last up to 3 weeks. This used to be my favorite place to go and relax for a mani, pedi! I am a regular and when horsey and season starts the owner treats you differently. On 2 occasions now, I let 1st one slide, I was put in pedi chair and then a totally different person while I was getting my pedicure started doing my manicure. It was very awkward cause I was not at a table. I go to relax and was rushed! I now go to another place. I must say they still are great for waxing and still go there for that. read more

I went to Love Nails today with my daughter for manicure & pedicures. While in the shop they cut my daughters finger, then I got home & realized my heal was bleeding. I called and spoke to the manager, she put me on hold to talk to the owner, she came back & just said she was sorry. I will be disputing my charge & will file a formal complaint with the state, and really hope my foot doesn't get infected. Will never step foot in there again! read more

Called Tuesday morning for a 5:15 appointment for three people for pedicures, no problem they said. When we got there, it was like they had no idea we were coming. Had to wait. Asked if we wanted to sit together (uhm, yes). They acted like we were bothering them. Could not understand them.. Had to explain to my lady 5 times how I wanted my pedicure. I'd been going to Love nails for quite a while. I wasn't always completely in love with my nails, but happy enough....until the other day. The owner/manager, Minh, was so rude. I told her that the nail tech didn't put on the correct color (the color was similar, but definitely not what I chose. Apparently, they have two #44 NexGen colors, one with glitter and the other normal. Who the hell uses two #44's?), she responded "why you not say something"? I told her it wasn't obvious until it was completed. She blamed the whole incident on me and had the nerve to charge me $50.00 for the crappy job they did. I will not be going back. read more

My toe nails looked beautiful but after 3 days I wore closed toe shoes for work to find out at night that the nail polish was not dry. Many black leather particles were stocked on my nail polish. Next day, I went back to the Love Nails shop in Wellington to speak with owner named "My". She said that it never happened before and that I have to pay for service again if I want my nails corrected. I wounder if nail polish could expire????. I advise you to check shop policy in advance, so you don't waist your time, your money and you don't get a hart time arguing with this "owner". read more

I go here frequently for eyebrows and pedicures, but its hit or miss, the older women, bless her heart she is sweet although she cannot see and has almost always pinched me with the tweezers. I havent been there for a while because I go to a place in WPB for my pink and whites. Well I needed to get a fill and repair they quoted me 30 for all although when I got there they thought it was best to redo them altogether. I was okay with it. They did a bait and switch giving me a male instead of the women I wanted. He was rude, and rough. At one point I thought I was bleeding it hurt so much he kept using his nail when he was filing and I asked him if that was necessary. I was being polite and friendly but in the back of my head I was so upset and ready to leave. In the end he didn't gel the whole nail, I can see the nail through the pink and it looks messy like with the filing and the tips with the glue. I also asked for a certain length and he said the shorter style is in and cut them before I could say my preference is longer than that. There is indents in the nail lots of them like holes and the gels aren't even so I think either he was rushing and angry or they do not know how to do pink and whites. I would recommend not to get them done here and def do not get them done by the darker skinned asian male. HORRIBLE. Most of the other employees are good. Advice: Find someone you like for pink and whites and say with them...def not this place. read more
