I stumbled upon this nail salon a little over two months ago after being so disappointed by other nail salons in this area. Immediately when walking in, all of the technicians were incredibly friendly to my Mom and I. We both got a dip manicure and pedicure. I had a very specific request for my nails and they did a great job doing exactly what I wanted! It was also very reasonable and I think this is the cheapest place in the area for dip nails. I went back this past week and once again, left feeling very thankful to have found this place. I totally recommend if you're looking for a nail salon! Kim did my toenails and was very detail oriented and the experience was pain free, I'm happy to say. The salon was clean and attractive and price was awesome. Keep up the good work T & H! This is the absolute worst salon I have ever been too. While the guy was doing my nails I noticed that my one nail was way shorter then the other so I had him fix it. When the service was done I saw that some of the nails weren't shaped well but I figured I could fix them. As soon as I got to my car I noticed just how horrible they were. Overall disappointing experience. I had high hopes from my call to make my appointment, all the Yelp reviews, up until my arrival. 12 pm nexgen appointment, I don't get wrapped until 12:20, as I'm sitting there someone else walks in and the man wrapping my nails says "ok I'll wrap her now" so I sit at another chair. It's 12:35 my nails have been wrapped for 15 minutes, a woman passes and says "he'll be with you shortly" since now the man who wrapped my nails decided to take his walk in client over me. By 12:40 my boyfriend showed up and my nails were just getting out of the foil. After I saw how long this other man took to do the previous clients nails I was expecting very clean, detail oriented nails. What I got was not that. I went there for my birthday nails and after finally leaving by 1:30 an hour and a half after my arrival and 2 different techs, I was extremely dissatisfied. Since my boyfriend was paying I didn't make a scene, we tipped well. Discrimination against elderly!!! This afternoon 8/17/2022, my mother with collapse spine scoliosis took her mom, my grandmother who just turned 95 years old, who has a walker and oxygen to "T & H Nails" in boynton beach near home depot. This is not an easy feat for either of them! But an attempt to do something special for my grandmother for her birthday, because what do you give a 95 yr old woman who has everything? You PAMPER HER! She gets to go out and gets to feel pretty and special. Well that is NOT what she got!!!!  The word RUDE can not adequately cover what they experienced! It was obvious from the start they were not interested in doing her. A GOOD paying customer!! Instead of helping her choose a color they told her to do it. Well accidents happen and being old my grandmother dropped the polish. They YELLED at my mom why she let her touch the polish, IN FRONT OF MY GRANDMA!  She is old, NOT senile! Dont assume and talk 3rd person in front of anyone!! My mom offered to pay for the polish. They know this is wrong, obviously disgruntled and exasperated about it said no. When asked to do a mani/pedi they refused to do a pedicure for my grandma. Didnt even look at her feet. Just assumed because she old she cant get her toes done.  Saying she needs a podiatrist. And they were not nice about that either. The tone and speech was embarrassing to my grandmother! Made her feel bad! Refussing like she has leprosy or something!  You will be old one day! And you shall reap what you sow! First!  I am a licensed tech, i have seen BAD nails! I assure you her nails are not this! Maybe slightly thickened by age but clean!  not so bad you cant file, trim and buff smooth. Go through the motions and get pd!  They DID NOT HAVE TO EMBARRASS HER!  THEY COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING! You soak and do what you can, massage her and be nice. Have conversation and be pleasant!  Polish the nails and proceed to a manicure and get paid and tipped 20%!!! You NEVER YELL at client NOR make them feel bad! As well as  let them leave  discouraged and unhappy with nothing!! After all the trouble they went through to just get there!! Worst manicure I have ever had. Tommy painted my whole nail and the skin surrounding it and came back to clean it up with acetone resulting in my whole cuticle painted and a buildup in between my nail-bed and nail. He also did not use any lotion or provide a hand massage but felt 27 dollars was a reasonable cost for this terrible service. When I expressed my displeasure they merely offered to remove it in an extremely rude manner. The girl who did my pedicure (Mindy) was good (my rationale for 2 stars vs 1). Tommy should slow down or opt out of providing service. He was also very argumentative with me when I attempted to express to him that gel on my thumbs peels before the rest without attempting to provide a better service. I cannot believe what I just experienced! Rudeness and unprofessional treatment personified...all I did was ask to have the AC turned down some, and I was told itmust be hormones, and even after showing the managers my cell phone app. temperature reading of 82 degrees, I was humiliated and they even asked all three of the other customers if they were uncomfortable. It's no wonder the spacious and beautifully appointed Salon is basically empty. The amazing thing is that even when I said I would just endure to please do the complete pedicure my technician refused to finish the massage part and suggested that I leave. After my horrible experience here I will let you know if you are looking to go to this place. If you are looking for customer service this isn't the place for you. I called made an appointment thinking I would be taken care of when I get there. I asked to be sat down for a pedicure because they were little busy so I wait with water running. 2 other guests walk in and have appointment with the nail tech Kim & the manager there. They help them first even though I had an appointment! What's the point of taking appointments if you have to wait? I waited 30-35 mins I mean ridiculous. They have the 2 guys in front for nails the girls in the black do the pedicures looks like & if you have a complicated design (it was for Christmas wasn't even that hard) they have to get the manager to do it that was from past visit. No concern didn't check up on me. You should just have extra employees for the guests who don't request certain employees but why does it matter? I had to ask why someone else was being taken care of before me. Why should I have to do that? It's called customer service first come first serve. read more

Terrible experience. Recently gifted a pedicure from my girlfriend who's gone to this nail salon for years. Was greeted warmly by staff and given to an older lady to do the Pedicure. Of the half dozen pedicures I've received, they have always cleaned up under the nail bed, scooped any excess gunk on the sides of the nail, trimmed the skin around the nail, grind down the nail itself. She completely skipped over half of the actual pedicure. She cut the nails on one foot noticeably long and the other short. I asked if she was going to clean up the nails and she took one scoop of the big nail on my right foot and said she was done. I even asked two ladies across from me if this was normal and they both shook there heads no. I would not return to this nail salon.. complete waist of my money. read more

My wife and I had an appointment today at 10:30 a.m, she was scheduled for a pedicure and a manicure with Danny. I had an appointment with Kim for a manicure. I waited until 10:45 a.m. and Kim told me to give her a few more minutes. I decided to leave because I don't wait more than 20 minutes for an appointment and she was still doing a pedicure for someone else. My wife waited until 10:55 a.m. and asked about her appointment as Kim and Danny were still working on their clients. My wife was told that she could go in one of the pedicure chairs and wait. When she commented that she had a 10:30 appointment, she was asked by one of the workers if she goes to a doctor because this is like the doctors and you have to wait as they are very busy.
