Turnaround for booking was a day, but there was apparent miscommunication. I originally asked for a move in deep cleaning. The cleaners that arrived were told management only told them to plan 2 hours for a 'general' cleaning and told me at the time of the appointment that 2 hours wouldn't be enough to fully clean a 2bd/2bath 1100 sq ft condo. I wish this was communicated beforehand. So what did they get done in 2 hours? They took 40 minutes to clean a patio door and base of the doors. They were able to clean the entire the kitchen in the next hour. I liked that they cleaned the oven vent filters. Then spent the last 15 minutes cleaning window sills, which I ended up asking to be redone because they were in fact not cleaned when they verbally told me they had when I checked in with them. It probably would've been an additional 2 hours to get the rest of the home, which included 2 full bathrooms, and 3 closets. Ended up having to pick priorities at the time of the appointment, which again, was unexpected. Other notes: The cleaners had masks, but did not keep them on the entire duration (pulled down on chin everytime I walked in, not covering nose). By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. They're really friendly and calm, and they always say hi to my dog lol. The first cleaning was a deep clean and it was honestly cleaner after they left than when we first moved in. I also asked them to do all the blinds that time, something that normally takes me forever, and they did it so fast, and it was so clean, it was such a relief. The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.
