Why doesn't yelp have an option for 10 stars? Even 20?! My baby girl and I just got back and she looks AMAZING. I took her this morning and she was done within an hour and half! Ann Marie did an amazing job making her look absolutely adorable. I didn't have to say much, I let her experience do the work and I was even more pleased than I expected. I've found my go-to place! She was extremely gentle, kind and sweet with her and it made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my girl with her. Also, it seemed as though she really had great experience and knowledge with the well-being of dogs. She explained to me a remedy for a problem she noticed on my girl that I could never figure out by asking others. I didn't even have to mention it! She noticed it on her own. I took my dog to Ann Marie at Love to Groom for the first time today. I have taken Howie (20 month old 21lb terrier) to several other groomers around Glendale. The other groomers I have been to have been the same experience with Howie coming out of there with a bunch of nicks and scratches. A neighbor told me about Love To Groom and how awesome Ann Marie is, so I made an appointment and was told it would be about 2 hrs. Her theory there is that she wants the dogs that show up to have an enjoyable experience and not rush the grooming experience. She has a good size backyard that the dogs can run around and get out all their energy beforehand. She texted me after about 2 hrs and when I went to pick him up it was like a whole new dog, in a good way. What Ann Marie did was wash, de-shed, cut, clean his ears, clean the anal glands, and clip his nails. The final price came to $45, which was a great deal! Plus I gave her some extra of course. I think the best part of the experience is that she takes before/after photos of all the dogs and gives you the prints. She also gave me a letter opener with Howie's picture on it, and a poop bag holder for the leash. The best part for Howie is that he seemed to actually enjoy the experience unlike every other time I have taken him to other groomers. read more

ANN MARIE WAS A NO SHOW WITH NO WARNING. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Don't typically review any businesses on Yelp but this is beyond unprofessional. Was very much looking forward to my dogs first groom at Love to Groom. Just moved to the area and chose to book an appointment here after reading the great Yelp reviews. I spoke to Ann Marie on the phone on Saturday and confirmed an appointment for the next day at 3p. She then confirmed the appointment via text with her address and told me to call/text her when I arrived. 3p came around the next day and I showed up with my dog to a quiet house. I texted Ann Marie saying I was there and then called. She didn't answer my call but instead texted me at 3:06p saying "Sorry, I'm not able to take your call. Please let me know how I can help. Thanks!" That read a bit vague to me so, to clarify, I asked "do you mean we have to cancel the appointment?" She responded, "Yes I am so sorry I thought I had txt everyone, my apologies but I had to leave. Can you do tomorrow evening 630pm or later?" No follow up, no offer to make up for this ridiculous oversight, nothing. Just an appointment for late the next day. Needless to say I did not bite and will be taking my business elsewhere. Obviously I understand when emergencies come up and people need to cancel appointments but I would have appreciated a LITTLE bit of notice, not a TEXT after the appointment was supposed to start saying she "thought she had txt everyone" when it's evident that I never got a text. Anticipated a great experience but definitely feel cheated. Ann Marie completely wasted my time and I wish I could charge her for the gas I used for nothing. VERY discouraging. read more

I guess the secret's out. When I first looked up this place, there was nothing on yelp -- but the best businesses are meant to be shared. I brought my pup over to Ann Marie not too long ago and her service is amazing. All the things wrong with groomers out there, she is the complete opposite. No wait time, no cages, no nicks and no cuts. It takes about 2 hours and includes grooming and professional before/after pictures to go with it. Best of all, my pup looks amazing and can't wait to go back! Everytime he walks by that part of the neighborhood he looks longingly at her place. Maybe its the big backyard, maybe its his new play buddies (her 2 little ones), or maybe he just loves Ann Marie. Either way, Love to Groom is my go to doggy salon from now on. read more

Ann Marie is fantastic! I have two dogs that are somewhat unusual breeds and she groomed them perfectly! She listened to all of the specific requests that I made and followed through on each one. She also took special care with my older, grumpier dog. When I picked my dogs up they looked better than they had ever looked before. In addition to doing such a great job, she is very kind and a lot of fun. My dogs love her, too! I have tried many highly rated groomers from all over Los Angeles, and Ann Marie gets my vote for Best Groomer! read more

I found this place @ Yelp , I called her on Monday morning, which is my day off and she had the same day app available BINGO ! I took my Candie to her place ( it is a back house ) Oh My God , she washed my little girl , well groomed, she was ready an hour BAM ! My Candie wasn't crazy at all , I think she loved the fact that she wasn't locked up and she was walking around her place , it was so relaxing, nice music , nice smell , clean and much more , I loved it , I will take my little puppy back there for sure , and I did and I will recommend her service to my friends who they have dog , thank you Ann , will see you soon read more

Ann Marie did a great job on my yorkie, Lolli. She is not an easy dog to groom either. She's only 3 pounds, very anxious and blind and deaf. I appreciated that Ann Marie was sensitive to that and gave Lolli breaks. My past groomer nicked my dog several times. I understand that mistakes happen but it happened to often. I've been here three times and Lolli has always come out with no nicks and looking/smelling great! read more

I have to say that Ann Marie is awesome! Coco wasn't 15 weeks yet and it was her first visit to the groomer and she was able to play with another dog and be groomed without giving Ann Marie any hassle. I brought my rescue dog to Ann Marie yesterday for his first grooming because I wanted it to be a calm, not traumatizing experience for him. Ann Marie was very friendly and did make our dog feel comfortable, but unfortunately he came home with a little injury. one of his nails was cut too short, and it bled a little on our couch when he came home. I know his nails/quicks were pretty long because he was recovering from a dog attack before we adopted him, but I would be less upset if she had just told us about the accident. I found Ann Marie on Yelp when I arrived in town in Feb looking for a groomer for my Rough Coat Collie, Valentino. Not only is she very accommodating with scheduling and understands how the breed should be groomed, but she is also just a flat out smart, fun and informative woman! As a former groomer, I am very picky and there was one item that could have been done better, so I quietly mentioned it to her and she was very gracious about hearing my thoughts and said she would speak to the assistant who had completed that part of his care. She must have followed through because the item was done much better on the next visit and I couldn't be more thrilled. She also has a teeth cleaning service available by a fellow professional who visits her shop and that work was done spectacularly!
