[[HIGHLIGHT]]We had Mary as the groomer for our anxious pup and it was all roughly about a hour.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was flexible and kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our doggie looks great and smells good! First pic is before and the 2nd is after.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner specifically if horrible! Horrible![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My puppy of 18 weeks was perfectly fine upon delivering her to the groomer. Picking her up she was quiet and not as excited but saw that as normal considering it was her first groom. 5-10 min after getting her she began acting strangely bobbing her head and her body wobbling would not drink water and eventually couldn't hold herself up. The fragrance they put on her smelled nice however overpowering to the point we've had to clear out her crate, air out the car and take off the collar they put on her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called them to get info on the products used and what they used to restrain her. The owner was immediately defensive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was playing detective before I called our vet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He didn't make any of it easy in providing information. He blamed her reaction on a bug bite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I called my vet they said it sounds neurological and to keep watch but that we may need to take her into the ER as our vet isn't equipped to deal with neurological issues. They asked me to inquire if they gave her a calming pill. Are they really going to be honest. Because at the end of it all he said to keep his 5 stars he would refund. I never asked for a refund! Never was this about money! This is about lack of professionalism and compassion for a defenseless animal. Why would you use 3 products on a puppy. The owner was looking to blame something other than just providing me with what I was needing to give to my vet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The whole experience was horrible and we will never use them again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will be sharing on social media as well. I brought my puppy to my hairdresser as I live 45 min away so they could rinse her. Shortly after rinsing her she began perking up. It was a terrifying experience to see my healthy happy puppy acting this way.

She is an Aussie and has fur for days, and we were concerned about her getting overheated during the summer months, so we reached out to Muddy Paws for help. SO thank we did because Lena was nothing but happy and "smiles" when she was given back to us. Her fur looks amazing and is so soft, she smells fantastic, and you can tell Alexus really took great care with her. We have our next appointment scheduled already and look forward to having Muddy Paws be our go-to mobile doggy s-paw center. Thank you so much!!!!

Our Sweetie dog has only been groomed a couple of times and has some abandonment issues. So, we've been cautious about finding a groomer. Muddy Paws groomer and owner, Aubrey is kind, gentle and very patient with our beloved furbaby. We are very pleased with the results!

I called Muddy Paws on 6/21/24 at 9:17am, they didn't pick up and I didn't think to leave a voicemail. At 10:11am I received a text from Derrick asking me how he could help. I let him know that I was in need of emergency grooming for both of my pups, I didn't go into detail as to why...but I was pretty desperate! Derrick communicated efficiently and responded to all my texts right away and was able to squeeze in both of my pups for 6/23/24...2 days later! When Alexis arrived at my house, she was super sweet and gentle with my dogs. She asked me what I was wanting for them and let me send her some pictures. Alexis did so good! Not to be biased, but they look pretty freakin' cute! My dogs didn't seem anxious or stressed and that is something I always appreciate. I always want grooming to be a good experience for them. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be booking again!!

My experience with Muddy Paws was absolutely amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I initially called to book an appointment, Aubrey was very engaged, asking me some screening questions such as breed, weight, and services they provide.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I knew she was knowledgeable in her breed because when I told her my pup was half border collie, she recommended to not shave his body hair due to the type of coat they have. I was not aware of this and previous groomers just shaved him as I requested. I could really tell that this company puts your dog first! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Aubrey also found a quick grooming date for me (2 weeks out) which I really appreciated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]On the day of the groom, Mary (my groomer) texted me 30 minutes before arriving at my house which I appreciated it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When she showed up, we discuss the grooming I had wanted and she listened to my concerns about my pup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He's a very nervous dog and does not like to be groomed. I'm pretty bummed out with Yelp that they won't allow me to give Aubrey and Muddy Paws a six star review. I know what you're thinking "can't I just wash my dog myself?" And I guess the answer to that would be yes, but who wants to trash their bathroom or backyard with all that nasty dog hair. Muddy Paws takes care of that whole of that whole mess by doing it in their super awesome trailer. They take care of the whole frustration of dog grooming without any hassle at all. In fact, I hated my dog before. He just smelled, chewed up stuff he wasn't supposed to, and pooped on my carpet. But now, thanks to Muddy Paws, I actually kinda like my dog a little bit**. **depends on what kind of stuff he's chewed up. read more

Aubrey did an amazing job with my two pups! One of whom had never been groomed before and the other who is extremely hyper and anxious. She handled them both with ease and they came out looking and smelling amazing! She gives very fast responses and is very personable. I wanted to try out a mobile grooming service because of the convenience and time my dogs had to spend in a cage at their groomers waiting for their turn. Muddy Paws did not disappoint! Very nice people who were easy to deal with and responded quickly. They came on a weekend and got all three of my dogs groomed; Alexus was so sweet with them and even able to groom our Shepard who we were apprehensive about grooming because he can be a little aggressive. I have always had my German Shepherd groomed. As I have always had shepherds and I know how much they shed. I decided to go with a mobile groomer this time as the last two groomers injured my dog. When my dog was done she looked great! I noticed a lot of loose hairs the following day, which is to be expected after she is groomed. But then more and more started showing up. It hadn't even been a week and it was as if she was never groomed. You could even see clumps of hair coming off of her. My roomba was picking up as much hair as it was before the grooming. I messaged the owner Aubrey and voiced my displeasure to her. This was her response... "Im so sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. This is a common occurrence when they shed a coat and she didn't shed it before I groomed her. My apologies again that you are unhappy. I will cancel your appointment. Really? I have NEVER had any issues like this with any other groomer. As stated earlier, I have always had my shepherds groomed. I should have known this was going to happen. As she only spent a little over an hour with my dog, whereas other groomers I've taken my dog to, spent more than 2 1/2 hours on her. On the website it states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" To me, that's an untrue statement. They made no attempt to even correct the issue at hand. Well, the only guarantee I received was, NOT SATISFIED!! read more

Found this place on Yelp and this was our second choice since our first choice did not answer their phone. We made a quick appt over the phone and it was smooth sailing. We ran a little bit late and tried to call while on the way but they were not picking up. We finally got to them literally a light away from there and they said they couldn't hear the phone cus of the dryers. We finally got there and we dropped him off. They said to come back within 2-3 hrs which was fine with us cus then he should be done right after our son gets out of school. They never called or texted till way later. I assume they had a lot of clients. Went back and got him all cleaned up. No special haircut or anything cus from what they said, our fluffy frenchie should not be cut like shaved off a lot cus they said his hair might not grow back a lot. So he got a good trim under his butt, behind his legs and the part that looks like a lions mane. They cut his nails but said it was hard cus he wouldn't really stay still. They cleaned his ears. They couldn't brush his teeth cus he was moving too much they said. So the lady told us to try to train him on that?.. the regular trim came wit cleaning ears and cutting nails so it was I think $80 or $85. I think it would've been $10 more for teeth brushing.. they added a lil bandana as well to his neck. So cute. The dude we talked to when dropping him off was koo but the lady after picking him up was a lil stiff and sounded frustrated.. the place is kinda expensive compared to our first choice that offered $60-$65 for the same thing. The place walking in had shelves that was all empty. Not sure why..

She let me know that "blasting her business on yelp" affects her family. I think what really affects her family is her gaslighting attitude. If you don't want your business reviewed on yelp, dont have a business page, and don't offer subpar services. I feel terrible for the employee caught in the crossfire but thankful she no longer has to work under such and unkind and unprofessional woman. Be aware, if you do not praise her services you will be attacked publicly.

I contacted Audrey because I have a very old dog who needs extra TLC when grooming. I've tried to leave him with other groomers, but because of his age and anxiety, he didn't tolerate it. Audrey came out and allowed me to stay with him during the grooming to help keep him calm and comfortable. She was so SO patient and gentle with him. I am very happy with the service I received from Muddy Paws for our Jack. He looks gorgeous! Most importantly, he is not nervous at all. I used to take him to a different grooming service, and he'd get very anxious. He is a senior dog with cataracts in both eyes, and gets apprehensive easily.
