Vehicle still had water marks and what appeared to be sprinkles of a black cleaner or plastic conditioner on the paint surfaces. Interior was clean with the exception of a few areas. I expected a clean of a higher standard for the price in this area as well. Detail personnel was understanding when concerns were raised. He proceeded to fix to the best of abilities. After second check of vehicle there were still less than expected conditions. I asked the detail personnel about the remaining grime, he suggested an additional service to remove the dirt from the car. Using my finger I was able to wipe off the grime. He persisted it would require extra services. He was promptly paid and to not be hired again. I would not recommend to others or use this service again.

Now that I've moved out of the area...this man accepted my $ but never provided services/a refund…read more I purchased a gift card ($125) and when trying to schedule an appt to redeem, we were no showed/late cancelled on 4x in a row over several weeks. Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell! Happy to take this review down if and only if a full refund is received.
