We loaded up and headed out! The property is stunning and very picturesque, with plenty of seating for small & larger parties both inside and outside; including shaded patio seating. The staff was absolutely friendly and a delight. Helen and Janet were phenomenal. They gave us a history of the property, answered any questions we had about the process of the wine making, and checked in on us multiple times. Keeping the good vibes going! They have 12 drinks to try; 10 wines and two ciders, and sampling can be done various ways. You can purchase three tastings for $8, purchase by the glass or by the bottle. Additionally they have both a nonalcoholic and slushes with alcohol. Which was pretty sweet and refreshing on a hot day and already has us craving another one. Oh can't forget they also have some delectable ice cream bar flavors like strawberry lemon cake! I sampled all of the wines and two ciders. My favorite wines were the Itasca, Petite Peal, and Chambourcin. The Chambourcin reminds me of a flat version of the sparkling red they serve at Domaine Chandon, so I picked up a bottle to bring back home to a friend in California. I recommend paying for the charcuterie board as well as it pairs nicely with the wines. The cheeses, fruit and olives were all fresh and tasted great. Big thank you to Helen and Janet, for making our first trip up so special. Will be back for sure when in the area and will start recommending to all of our friends & family.

By the time we waited in line to our purchase our items, the tastings were ready - it was fast! I tried the blueberry wine (perfectly persuasive copy!) and the two ciders. For me it was the ideal tasting experience. The salty nuts were just the right complement to the flavors of the wine and cider. The live music guitar player created a lovely ambiance. I walked into the bathroom (as every middle-aged woman does before getting into the car) and was greeted with the overwhelming stench of bleach. It was so strong some of the women were coughing. I like a little smell of bleach because it lets me know it's clean. Well, this smell was false advertising. The sink reminded me of a single guys apartment. There was a layer of filth that I could wipe with my paper towel. But back to the wines... They were ok. Nothing remarkable enough to buy, but no samples were left behind.

I really had high hopes for this place and please know the internet pictures make the place look bigger than what it is. The host was super friendly and tried to describe each drink the best but my taste buds said no thank you. One of the changes that they need to make is that they offer food on site from the food trucks but the only way you can get food is if you go inside and order which I feel that puts more stress on the person giving out drinks. We wanted to try one of the food trucks but when we walked outside that's when we noticed the sign and we did not want to go back inside and wait in line for food. Happy drinking!!!

At one point we placed a 2nd drink order and it never arrived so after 15 minutes we asked about it and she said okay and brought it right out. They ended up charging us for two of that drink when it never even came out the first time we asked. When it was time to pay, we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come by so we could pay but they never did so we had to go inside and hope the lady in there could help us. She did! With a little system changing on how they wait on tables, I think all could have a wonderful experience!
