I have been a Love Your lashes Customer since 2015. But these last few times I was there I was provided terrible service, was overcharged like crazy, and was not treated with respect. Addi one of the owners told me that since I'm a loyal customer I would get 25% off the Romantic Lash set so I booked that for my wedding day. Only to find out that she had lied about the discount and I had to pay over $200. The lashes all came off within just a few days. So I ended up booking a "Fill-Apprentice Appointment." I came in the next week for my fill and Addi kept on going about how it was my fault for the lashes coming off and she ended up charging me the Full set price instead of the fill price that I booked AND they charged me the Senior Artist price when the girl that did my lashes was under the APPRENTICE TAB. I decided to give Love Your Lashes one last shot so I can have my lashes done for my Birthday. I was on my way to my appointment but got pulled over right around the area. I called Love Your Lashes right after letting them know what happened and that I was unable to give them a phone call or answer their phone call since I was with an officer at the time. Whoever was on the phone was soooo incredibly rude and didn't apologize for the inconvenience and said they will not refund any of the money for the service I did NOT receive which was $59. I could not be any more disappointed with this place. They have terrible customer service and no respect! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE unless you want to keep getting overcharged for your services that they "can't do anything about." WOULD RATE 0 STARS!!!!!!!!! read more

I was really hesitant to write this review, I wish I could give no stars. My first initial appt I was iffy on even getting them done because of the first initial price and the price of the fills for every two weeks. Anyway, I called and asked about their $25 off their pricing so I was quoted $149 - $25... After my appt with Angie she said it was actually $179 since she is a senior artist but she will do $149, whatever I paid it. After giving it some thought I called to cancel my fill to go somewhere else significantly cheaper but the owner(amy/annie, don't remember her name but the daughter) asked why I was canceling so I was honest with her. She said she would comp my fill and we can go from there, I ended up keeping my appt due to the fact that her customer service was exceptional. fast forward a week Angie texted me and said she double booked herself and she cant do the Sacramento location and I would have to come to the Roseville location to keep the same time and date. I called back the next day to make sure the notes were in there since the appt was changed from locations. The other owner(an older lady, mother of the first lady) answered and I explained the situation and she said, "what?? I would never say that, if you want to go somewhere else I don't care" then she proceeded to say that their services are good. I was going to keep giving my business to them since the first owner I spoke with had extremely good customer service and seemed like she actually wanted to retain customers and make them happy, but I will NOT give my business to someone who thinks because they're services are good so they don't have to have customer service. I recommended a handful of people to LYL and 3 of them ended up calling and canceling their appts after I told them about my experience with the owner, they will be going to the other girl that I am going to now. Ended up going to the gal I was going to go to when I first tried to cancel my appt and OMG the best customer service, and even though she was completely booked she got me in this week because of a cancelation. if you need your lashes done, go to lovely lashes by Colleen! I was coming to LYL for approximately six months. This used to be a great place to have lash extensions done by any of the staff. I originally started seeing Sr Artists Avina and Sammy and they did a phenomenal job every time!! However, Sammy and Avina both left LYL at the same time. LYL never informed me they no longer had Sr Artists and automatically rescheduled my appointment with an Artist. When the Artist was done doing my refills, one side was more full then the other, some of the lashes were crooked, there were clumps of glue holding the extensions on and within a couple days all of the lashes fell off. (Note: It was normal to loose a couple lashes a day and my extensions have always remained semi-full for 2 weeks). LYL was able to get me back in a week later with Rachael. She was so professional, extremely informative, worked really hard to do a full fill in 1 1/2 hours and she did an awesome job!! However, shortly afterwards I learned Rachael also left LYL. It's a huge red flag when a business has a large turn over of all their staff in a short period of time. All of the prior positive reviews are about staff that are no longer working here. Even the office manager changed 3-4 times in the few months I was coming here. They no longer have experienced staff!! Don't waste your money here, you will be extremely dissatisfied!! read more

I hate to complain but I had the worst experience. I even dealt with the owner Amy herself. I got a massive infection. The owner would not respond to my several calls. The doctor said it was from cleanliness. There is no privacy and the receptionist was belittled in front of me. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. Be warned that this is not someone you want to give your business to. So disappointing and unprofessional. I have yet to be reimbursed or compensated. No " I don't love your Lashes. read more

When you work in a department full of pretty women with long beautiful lashes you start to think about how yours just don't compare. I had gone to a previous lash lady that a co-worker frequents. I decided to try her out bc she was able to get me in quickly and bc she was much closer than LYL. Although she was a huge sweetheart and I wanted to like the lashes she gave me, I couldn't stop comparing mine to my other coworkers. I decided to switch to LYL and scheduled an appt. They were able to squeeze me in an appointment with the owner and I was super excited. I had to go into work earlier to be able to get off by 4 pm to drive through traffic to get to my 5 pm appointment in Roseville. I was super excited, and the salon is decorated so girly and cute. I checked in with one of the ladies and waited. I didn't have to wait long when one of the girls let me know that Aimee wasn't going to make it to my appt. Sammie let me know she could look at my lashes and see if there was anything she could do before her next booking. I laid down on one of the cute beds and she let me know that she'd have to take off my lashes bc they wouldn't be able to do anything with the ones I had. I must warn you that after they take off your lashes you'll be in for quite a shock. You get used to these long lashes and then when you see yours they just look so short and bare! I was so sad that I'd have to walk around with such ugly lashes. Sammie didn't have enough time to do much with my lashes before her next appointment. You could imagine my disappointment. I was so upset that I kind of just sat in my car for a few minutes. As I was driving home I got a call from Aimee and she was so apologetic she even offered to do a set gratis whenever I was available. I went in the next day and I must say it was the best decision I ever made to get my lashes done at LYL. I had a lot of fall out from my previous set, and they were very wispy which I didn't want. The lashes Aimee gave me were so lush, long, and beautiful. I barely have had any fallout! I definitely notice the quality in her work and I have to say that she has definitely made me a long term client. I can't wait to go back and get them even longer and fuller. I had scheduled my initial appointment online to get a fill for my eyelashes. I previously was going to a another salon that was out of area, and wanted to try something closer. When arriving for my appointment I was able to get easy parking spot(I think it was due to the bad weather & rain that day). My appointment was with Sammy. She was very friendly, and took me back to the room for my appointment. I have been to a few different salons over the past few years, and after she was finished, I was very pleased with the results! I already had lashes and was happy with them but it was three weeks and I needed a fill. I went in as a new customer. I asked for the same lashes (style) and was told I had an experienced gal. By the time I got home lashes were falling out. They were not what I asked for and I noticed they were in groups and not evenly distributed. DAY 2, 3 4 and five I had lost 80% of the lashes. I couldn't be happier with my lashes that Madison put on me. I recently move back home to CA after living in Texas for 3 years. While living in Texas my "nail lady" convinced me to allow her to put eyelash extensions on me. Big mistake! She used what she called flares. Long story short: they were heavy and were applied with so much glue that they broke and damaged my own lashes and literally effected my vision. At 60 years old I had very spars and thin lashes as it was. After calling multiple lash salons when I got to CA (I got voice mails & no returned calls from most) I found Madison at Love Your Lashes. They not only answered my call, when I called, but they were able to schedule me an appointment within 48 hours. Madison removed the mess that had become my eyelashes and she was able to put on natural looking lashes that feel so light I forget I have them on. That eyelid heaviness that became the norm for how my eyes always felt is gone. I now drive from Tahoe to get my fills with Madison and believe me when I say she is worth the drive. I had been this salon on a few occasions and I liked it. My mother in law got me two gift certificates and I used one of them right away with Brittany. I waited a while to go back because of my busy schedule and found out Brittany no longer worked there. I took my sis today to get a manicure and paid with my second gift certificate. On the way home I got a call from Aimee and she accused me of stealing the gift certicate with the help of Brittany. I then explained to her that my mother in law bought them on opening night and this was my second gift certificate being used. I told her that I didn't appreciate being accused of stealing and she told me she did not mean for it to sound like that. That's exactly what it sounded like. I was so mad that I didn't want to listen to another word out of her mouth. I still have money on my gift certificate and will NOT be going back. Me and my friend were looking to find a great eyelash place and Love Your Lashes had amazing reviews. We originally booked our first appointment three weeks ago and it was extremely difficult to get in contact with them because nobody would answer the phone. After numerous attempts we finally scheduled an appointment. When we arrived there, they screwed up our appointment and failed to tell us that it was canceled. After a heated conversation we got 50$ our appointments combined and were rescheduled. But during this conversation the owner Addy tried to blame for the misconvience which was extremely unprofessional. We got the natural mink set with Stacey and Madison and they were decent. My only complaint is that I originally had a gap in one eye and they fell out rather quickly, but she fixed it right up so it was fine. After two weeks we got our fill which was 50$. When we made or appointment they tried to change our appointment again which shows how unorganized they are. Anyways, We went to Rachael and Ashley. I personally loved my last set and only wanted them slightly longer. Racheal didn't even do mink on me, she made them look fake rather than natural and fluttery, and the entire time she talked which I think affected her work. As for my friend who went to Ashely, she made them shorter before and didn't make them as dramatic as she hoped. This was my first time getting any type of eyelash extensions. I chose Love your Lashes because of how many amazing reviews of how they FIX other places not just how amazing people love their lashes. This to me was imperative because they must know what they're doing. Another reason is because they offer a free 15 min consultation before booking the appointment. That to me was so important because after reading about all that went wrong. I wanted to feel safe, know the exact price, and know what I'm getting myself into. Mandy made me feel SO safe and I will rave about everyone!!! My lashes look great, she was completely 100% honest, and we got along so well! No period of awkward silence like how you normally would get with your first visit with any service provider. I prebooked my next appointment and want to prebook 3 more times out to ensure my spot with Mandy the next time I'm in! GO SEE MANDY! You will never regret it and will always want to come back!
