Michelle was able to accommodate me same day last minute request as I was just passing through town so I was happy about that. I gave it 3 stars only because I didn't get what I paid for. I paid $230 for volume but when she was done (1.5 hours later), it looked more like natural classic style (see photo). She never ask the length I wanted & lashes turned out to be shorter than what I usually get. My regular lash lady usually take at least 3 hours for volume and I always get volume from her. I was disappointed because the photos from other people looked better than what I received. She shouldn't make any assumptions & ask more questions to tailor to her clients. read more

Really wanted to like this place as I was looking for somewhere a little closer to home. Took a couple days for Michelle to finally get back to me. When she did call me back I was able to get an appointment a few days later which was nice. Got my lashes done & they were just OK. Wasn't to impressed. But the biggest downfall was that she wasn't the most friendly. I get my lashes done every 2-3 weeks faithfully & want a comfortable atmosphere when I come in. Especially since this is a person I'm gonna see on a regular basis. It was just a bit awkward. My sister wanted to try this place since it's close to home. I referred her to the other lash artist Valeria. Hopefully she has better luck. read more

I had an unfortunate visit with another lash salon yesterday who did an equally unfortunate clumpy and uneven full set of lashes on me. There was no way to brush them to look even remotely good. I contacted Michelle and told her about what happened and she was able to get me in to her last open appointment today. She was so careful and gentle while removing the improperly done set of lashes that I never felt any of my lashes being pulled and she preserved the health of my real lashes! She gave me a brand new beautiful full set of classic lashes and they are lovely and feel great! Thank you Michelle! I will see you in a few weeks for my next appointment! read more

I was worried that my eyelashes wouldn't do well with extensions because they're thin and super straight, but I messaged Michelle on Instagram and she was so sweet, and reassured me that my lashes would work.
