So when we recently decided it was that time to say goodbye to Georgia, I decided to reach out to VVMVS again. Similar to my last experience, the team was super empathetic and professional on the phone, and we scheduled our appointment for a few days later. Dr. Kormos and Alicia cam out this time and helped facilitate another peaceful passing. They were communicative about timing on the day of the appointment. My daughter and our other dog were there and while we were all very emotional, I'm glad that we could surround Georgia with love as we watched her go. We miss her beyond words but are also relieved that she is no longer in pain. We will cherish the paw print and all of the memories and carry Georgia in our hearts with us always. They scheduled and came out within a 24-48 hour period, based on my needs of my schedule. They completely accommodated my window of time and the team that came out was amazing and so friendly. They sat on the floor with my kitty and calmed her did what they had to do to check her weight, vitals, and her blood, after they released our cat, she didn't run away. She knew they were safe. Put on some music for the opening words my Consumer brethren and I'll put some words down here. This is the story of Valet Vet they drive a van to help with pets. My pet Al was a feral pup he guarded the alley, really barking it up. "I like this dog" I said to D. "He'll guard our yard for a dog food fee" Oh Al, the bark machine with big white teeth, great big paws, giant jaw muscles - he's a scairdy dog. My rhyme machine is broken. In May, 2022, Dr Dunphy, then Guinevere drove to my mother-in-law's house to see Al the alley dog. He needed his. dare I write it, vaccinations, he would not walk throgh a door, get in a car let alone spend a night in a kennel. My Dad was in his last living weeks 300 miles away I needed a dog able to stay in a kennel while we visited Dad. The most excellent point about that first visit was the vet's ability ti observe Al's tiny ears, black mouth and slightly loose skin to say, "Shar Pei mix," That's proved the case. Some parts of Al are Shar Pei, some boxer, maybe AmStaff. Very cool. Dr Dunphy drove her vast knowledge to the house in a van. She unloaded a scale, cionducting an outdoor exam because Al the Abused eould not walk through a door. He got weighed. evaluated and vaxed outdoors. I worked with him on getting into a car. going through doors and riding to the kennel. Valet vet got my dog started on the path to civilization. We visited Dad in June and September. AL was kenneled. My Great Dane has been struggling with arthritis or related injury. I couldn't load him into a vehicle and googled "mobile vet phoenix." I would absolutely use Valet Vet again! They came to my home and the whole visit went great! Easy to schedule an appointment online and was cost effective. The vet that showed up was obviously knowledgeable and it was apparent she had read my pet's vet records from his previous vet. Read for first time patient opinion; Writing this a few hours after my appointment. I've always taken my dog to a veterinary clinic and always felt like just another number and paid lots. So I learned my dog developed a rash from an allergic reaction but all the veterinary clinics around me were booked far out so I started looking around for a new veterinarian to go to in my area since I didn't want to wait cause I didn't know what was wrong and came across this company. I didn't know Mobile Veterinary Services existed and this one was by far the best rated so I thought I'd give it a shot. First off, truly great company and most importantly great people. The Dr and Technician who came to my appointment were super kind, knowledgeable, on time, and extremely patient with my dog and I. They answered all my questions and even taught me a few things. They treated my dog like it was their own while also being very professional. One thing I really liked compared to the normal veterinary clinics is that they didn't try to force anything on me, also they took their time to just get familiar with my dog and I and to complete their wellness check thoroughly. I didn't get that feeling of them just trying to get the job done and move on to next like a normal veterinary clinic. Overall opinion, if you hate taking your animal to the vet and/or don't have good experiences doing so and want your animal and yourself to be comfortable at home while having the peace of mind that your animal is going to be taken care of properly and professionally then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! While she travels very well, decided to have valet vet come out to her for annual vaccinations and exam. The veterinarian and her assistant were very nice and Nims enjoyed their visit and enjoyed her new friends. For routine stuff, I'll definitely have them come back. Great experience. Great service. Not for emergencies obviously. May have them come back in 6 months, because it was a cool visit, and can't be too careful even with a young healthy cat. read more

Dr. Cara & Technician Sydney did a phenomenal job, and they left us in "WOW" once they left. My husband and I have a pit-bull, he is not aggressive but gets really anxious. Before they met him they sat and chatted with me to get to know more about Kobe. I dreaded annual vet visit due to previous experiences with vets and just wanted to be in and out and didn't ask question. It was the worst experience I have had in my 40 years of owning an animal and having it cared for by a veterinary practice They did nothing for my pet who was dying but scolded me for her weight when I was calling a mobile vet out to the house it was because she was too sick to travel. They had a fill-in Dr at this visit and she did mark her condition as guarded but she knew we needed an x-ray stat to see if she had pneuma to give her the right meds. Dr ordered the x-ray to be taken almost a week later... English bulldogs go down fast...She did blindly give her antibiotics that were not helping at all and the cost was higher than usual. I could go on it, but the end result was: I had to put my dog down 3 days later when she could have helped save her life...the lack of experience this particular Dr showed along with the technician that was with her made me sick to my stomach. All I wanted to do was save my Baby. I did call their office and all the office manager wanted to do was argue the point and when I called them out for specific things in the visit not mentioned here, I was labeled as combative and not a good fit for their practice. One of my two cats turns into an absolute devil when I take him outside the house. Previous trips to the vet or the groomer have involved him hissing, screaming, scratching, and peeing all over my car...and the vets/groomers shaking their heads and refusing to treat him (understandably). I've always joked that if he ever came down with an illness, he'd be SOL. So you can imagine my terror when I noticed both of my cats beginning to scratch at their ears more than usual, especially after a Google search suggested they may have ear mites or ringworm. I knew I couldn't bring my cat from h*ll into my other kitty's standard vet, so I nervously called up Valet Vet. The woman I spoke with was incredibly nice and patiently answered all of my questions. She assured me that they'd be coming inside my home, which meant I wouldn't have to stuff my cats into carriers and take them outside, which would likely freak them out. The day of the appointment, I was probably the most nervous in the room--I was waiting for my beastly cat to hiss, scream, or try to scratch. But the ladies who conducted the appointment were gentle and patient, and the visit went by without a hitch. I was even able to get my more aggressive cat vaccinated for the first time since he was a kitten! (I never expected he'd let anyone stick him with a needle.) As long as I have an angry kitty who doesn't like going anywhere, I'll be relying on Valet Vet for all of my household's veterinary needs. I felt that their prices were fair (I spent probably the same amount I'd spend at a traditional vet, but didn't even have to drive anywhere or piss off my cats) and their customer service/demeanor was amazing. *The length of this review is for those who are serious about finding the perfect in-home vet service for your little furry one* I'll start by sharing that my cat, Jonah, is the very shy and anxious type. He's never shown an aggressive side and loves people, but it takes him very long to become comfortable with them, let alone leave the house. Previous vet visits have been impossible which is why I had to go on the search for one that could do an in-home visit. I am so incredibly glad and relieved that I found Valet Vet. From the initial call to the final step for the payment process, everything was a dream come true. I had Dr. Gina and Amanda come by my apartment, and from the second they walked in, I felt at ease. I had to put Jonah in the bathroom so he wouldn't run away from them, so they were greeted by our dog and watching them interact with him immediately made me see they absolutely love what they do. Even though Jonah tried running away from Dr. Gina, she managed to keep him still for the entire wellness check and vaccines. I would hear her the entire time whispering reassurances to him and trying to put him at ease - it made my heart swell and helped me know everything was going okay. The entire appointment was quick, but I didn't feel rushed at any point, just secure that they knew what they were doing. They even stuck around answering some questions I had. A bit expensive but so worth the peace of mind. Our new rescue cat was sick and it was impossible for us to get the scared little guy to the vet. So we had to resort to Valet Vet. When we called they said they were booker about about 1-2 weeks. I asked if we could get on a cancellation list and explained our dire situation. They were very quick & efficient, important things when you have to try & keep a cat standing still for a while. You can tell they love pets, they did their best to make the examination & vaccinations as quick & painless as possible. Services cost slightly more than the average vet but are completely worth it. My gosh! What a wonderful experience! Dr Jordan and Feliciana were awesome from beginning to end! So grateful for this service and for a SAME DAY appointment! Our almost 14 year old dog Roxy has been having a difficult time getting up (and down sometimes) lately and it bothers me and my husband. They were able to do an exam, brought a scale to weigh her and provide medicine during this visit to get her started right away, which I'm super grateful for! Our rescue Pitbull was a bait dog for a fighting ring, because of that, he's dog aggressive because of that. However, he loves all people, so we wanted a vet to come to us. We saw Dr. Gina for the first time and she was fabulous. Our big boy loved her too. She addressed all of our issues and gave us the necessary meds for our big guy's allergy problems.
