I have been to Hammam's in Istanbul and have always wished to have the same experience here. I booked an appointment for a basic service - thinking I would test the service and the facility. What a delight! My Hammam with Elizabeth was pure delight. She was calm and efficient, well-trained, and delivered a great scrub. The experience was close enough to those in Turkey that I was delighted. I felt refreshed, invigorated, and relaxed at the same time. Moonlight Spa is impeccable. The rooms are clean and new. Sauna, steam, facials, and a PodCalm (which I had never tried before) are all available. I had such a positive experience that I joined a monthly special. The monthly fee may seem high, but not when you take advantage of all Moonlight has to offer--it is a highly reduced price . . . "Self-care" at its finest.

I booked a massage and received a call about an hour or so before that they needed to push my massage back because of the person before me being late. I said no problem, I prefer later, let's go with it. They then called me back and said they moved it back up to 3pm.. at this point they should have left it. It's unprofessional to go back and forth and be calling me 3 times during my work day for another client who is late. The massage room itself was small, but nice, but definitely needs a place for people to put their clothes and phone/stuff. The massage therapist said I could put my stuff on his chair but that felt odd. The message itself was... Jerky and while we had 90 minutes, it was really fast strokes and made it not relaxing at all. He never worked on my neck and shoulders while I was face up which is odd since I mentioned they were an area of focus I wanted. They also don't do the hot wet towels on your back to wipe off excess oil. I was not impressed when I left with so much oil on my feet I was sliding around and my car seat had residual massage oil when I got out. The man who gave me a massage awkwardly ended it by saying, "okay, that's it". And walking out. No, I'll meet you outside or we'll have tea for you... completely abrupt and odd. I walked out after dressing and the front desk lady was nice enough but said she didn't know I wa done and was going to go get me water and snacks. The massage is timed, so she should know when it's done... but it was a nice gesture and it's a good touch if executed better. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable at this point I paid and left. Can't say I'll be back unless the service gets better

I've been sugared by Aja, Tara and Cammi and it's a great experience regardless which one I have for my appointment. Sugaring is such a great change of pace from waxing, and if you've been meaning to try it, I suggest you do. I've been waxed plenty of times, especially eyebrows, and I've definitely had some unhappy incidents with wax. It's always so hot and hurts, and sometimes they take too much off. With sugaring, it still hurts although not as much in my opinion, but it's also body temperature, and if there's a mistake or too much, they could just wipe it off without ripping out the hair unlike wax. Cammi is also a fantastic massage therapist! I prefer deep tissue because I have a few trouble spots, and there is no disappointment. I have had a full body massage and more isolated massages, and she always has me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I haven't had nail services, eyelashes or spray tan, but I have seen some of the gorgeous work Tara does with nails, the eyelash extensions are great and look so natural, and I know some of the girls at the studio get spray tans but I can't tell which and I think that's a testament to how good they are. The prices are all really reasonable to other places I've been and I feel very comfortable with the space (newly remodeled).

Suite 101 was recommended to me by a coworker. I signed up for an appointment. I had no previous experience with eyelash extensions. I expected to have some education about the service that was going to be provided to me, trusting that the woman knew what she was doing as she came highly recommended. Instead, I was told to lay down on the table and that it may, "burn a bit.." Although I stated twice, "I want the eyelashes to look as natural as possible..." I walked out of the building looking like a clown. I was laughed at and ridiculed by friends for a week. I was embarrassed and humiliated. The eyelashes were hideous and looked like I had glued two sets of fake eyelashes to each lid. My right eye became swollen and I had to go in to an optometrist. The doctor told me to get the eyelashes off immediately. Now enter, Cammi Bay! She was recommended to me by a different coworker of mine. She graciously came down from Portland (where she resides and where her place of business is - The Diva Den Studio and Spa out of Tigard) and met me in Albany. She educated me on the eyelash extension business, different options I have with eyelash extensions, and how to maintain them. She took time from her life and slowly took off the unsightly eyelashes and replaced them with the length and size I chose. I have been going to Cammi Bay ever since! She has gone above and beyond her service to help me. And does BEAUTIFUL work. She is personable and friendly. Professionalism at its best! When I have had appointments at The Diva Den, I have had such a great time talking with all the friendly faces. I wish I lived closer so I could join the classes on a regular basis. Thank you Cammi for all your help, driving hours, and beautiful work. I would love to help you build your business by recommending you to anyone and everyone for beautiful eyelashes! P.S. The ambiance and overall vibe was very tranquil and calm. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and customer service was excellent. While the locker room area is slightly cramped, they have sufficient room to get ready and hair & skin products available for use after showering. The sauna was an added bonus! I had a 60-minute Swedish massage with an aromatherapy add-on and Muireall was my massage therapist. Muireall was wonderful and checked in frequently during the massage and catered the massage to my preferences. It was a very restorative and enjoyable experience and a great way to conclude a quick weekend trip. Definitely recommend checking out the Dragontree for massages or spa treatments.

Turns out it is indeed there but for me was to my left, not my right when turning in from the road. I got some botox with Nikki and loved how she walked through everything, showed me the muscle groups, before and afters and overall was personable yet professional. I have a touch-up appointment coming up because I do think there is some slight drooping in my eye area due to where we placed some forehead injections but we were both on the same page with where/why that could happen, and since I wanted to try it it's really not a big deal. I just can tell my eyebrows seem to slightly droop over my upper eyelids more than usual. The staff is really great about breaking all the pricing down, and as long as they don't try to oversell to me I will be happy coming here for future needs!
