Lovegrove's Cake and Candy Center is a full line cake and candy supply store that caters to both the novice and professional baker, as well as candy makers. For cake decorators we offer everything you will need to construct a multi-tier cake masterpiece from start to finish, including the inside construction components. For our candy makers we sell a wide variety of chocolate including colored chocolate, flavorings, fillings, and a large variety of forming molds. In addition to chocolate candy Lovegroves carries the full line of Lorann oils and high temperature molds for hard candy.

History

Established in 1944.

Lovegrove's has been a part of Swartz Creek for over 70 years. It started out originally as a dime store and has evolved into the cake and candy supply store that our customers have grown to love. Even though the store recently changed owners, we still carry the same products (and a few more) that customers have always come to Lovegroves to find.

Dale's Natural Foods has been a local community store for decades. I have fond memories of shopping…read morehere with my Mom when I was in elementary school, and it was located downtown. It seems to be keeping up with the various health food options and dietary preferences. I was pleased to see some of my favorite foods, snacks, and products in stock. Most of the prices are comparable to what I'd expect for these types of items. Although I've yet to try it, the cafe and juice bar looks like a nice edition to the store since the days of being located downtown. The store is generally always neat, clean, and organized. Someone will typically say hello when you walk in. I'm glad to see that this store is still in business after many decades, and I wish the family much success in running the store for generations to come.
